Excellent booking service and cleaning service but even though it was good, it was still priced very high.

Both the booking and cleaning service were excellent. Even considering this, it is still pricey

value for money . but needs some improvement in service and cleaning aspects.

The cleaners were very professional and efficient and we are very happy. We will use the service again. I already recommended to my friends too.

Huge thanks to Nicole and Marius who just spent the last few hours cleaning my entire apartment! Extremely pleased with the attention to detail and overall finish. Would highly recommend! 👍🏼

Great clean, very friendly staff

I was very happy with the efficient, professional service I received. The cleaners really listened to everything I needed done and delivered. They did a fantastic job! My home was sparkling clean after the two cleaners taking so much time to get everything done. Tina was so friendly and lovely. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family and be using again for myself.

I was very happy, only windows could be done better as they were still dirty (some of them) and some were not polished but overall I was happy matrace cleaning - I was very happy

4 wonderful cleaners rocked up and got to work straight away! They were efficient, quick and did an amazing job! I’m extremely impressed with the clean which was very thorough despite the fact the apartment is quite a strange layout and would recommend them to all! Thanks so much for the clean our new place looks as good as new :)

Adam and Jean were brilliant! Great communication with me and left my rental property in excellent condition ready for tenants. They specialise in Essex so anyone looking for a cleaner in that area, you won’t be disappointed!

The actual cleaning service itself was excellent. Only issue - the use of automated emails that did not always accurately reflect what had been agreed. Not a major problem and was sorted with a phone call, but a bit of an annoyance.

The cleaners turned up on time and the flat was cleaned to a high standard

Very good service. Only drawbacks and why not getting 10 stars is that cleaners were 30 mins late (but informed me beforehand), and I was told to book parking which was not used, so ending up paying extra.

Easy to book online. Prompt service . Cleaning team Georgeta and Marius were courteous and did an excellent job. Very pleased with service.

From Start to Finish, everything was great - easy booking, great price, turned up promptly, quick and thorough clean. Our house was immaculate.

Cleaners were polite, worked hard but the office gave them the wrong time. They were on site at 8am when my booking was for 12noon, when I rang the office he also said it was 8am I was angry at him as it said 12 in my confirmation email, then he threatened he would cancel my booking, at that short notice I had no other option but to use them, not happy at all with the way the office dealt with me.

I chose this score because they were so professional in their job , very clean and on time . I am very pleased from you ‘re service and %100 I will recommend Hello services to family and friends.Thank you.

only thing that could have improved was clarity on the collect key from other address payment some kind of id from the cleaner to confirm there worked for Hello

A good competitive price. Very easy to arrange the cleaning, nice and helpful staff. My only issue was that after agreeing to meet at 8.00am, the cleaners tried to arrange for it to be later. They were told no, and arrived at the correct time. More than happy, and would use it again.

I luckily managed to book last minute clean with hello services ltd, the office operators were friendly, helpful and very responsive. The cleaners were very professional and fully equipped Will definitely use them again

The cleaners were excellent however I am not happy that we were sent an email saying that the payment was two days overdue. It was part of your original email that cash payment should be made on the day
