The company has kept me informed at every step. The cleaners were punctual, polite and respectful. They were fast and did a good job.

I used Hello services after having flat renovated before moving in. Booking was easy and I needed to change the booking a couple of times as work had not finished. Jose was punctual, polite and friendly. He paid great attention to detail and persisted in getting some stains out of my carpets.Tge standard of cleaning was excellent and it was lovely to move all my furniture into a clean and fresh flat I would highly recommend and definitely use hello services and specifically Jose again

Sardar did an excellent job for my end of tenancy cleaning. Communication was great all round, he was friendly and informative, and has left the flat looking clean and tidy.

Great service. Was called 30min before the job to let me know he was on the way, very friendly and let me know when there were issues cleaning some areas. All round great job.

The job was satisfactory. The before and after was good. All areas were cleaned properly to satisfactory level. However, the inside of the kitchen cabinets were not cleaned as per the list of jobs we requested. Other then that job was good.

Hi would had been 10 but due to emails chasing payment when payment had already been made. Emails cause the finance to pay for a property twice. On a different note your admin team were professional and very helpful in providing me with discount for the amount of properties booked. Thank you

The company was responsive from the start and very easy to deal with. The actual clean was carried out by Mike and his team, based in the west country. They carried out an end of tenancy clean on my elderly in laws flat and the place was left squeaky clean. They were courteous, friendly and thorough in their approach and if you are lucky enough to live in their area, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great company to deal with from start to finish. They had a very challenging clean of a very dirty property. It included carpet cleaning and curtain steaming. The outcome was that the property is now fit for habitation, it is clean, bathrooms are sparkling and kitchen including all appliances are like new. Thank you so much. Excellent job, highly recommended. They cleaned our old carpets, kitchen and conservatory at the end of our tenancy. Conservatory was a difficult job with lots of cobwebs high up. Left the place looking like new.

They were very polite and did what I asked them to do. But I did feel that I had to point out a couple of things that cleaners should notice. You don’t just go through the motion of cleaning (windows) then leave them if they are still smeary. The oven clean was brilliant, like new. Overall, yes I would use them again.

The cleaners worked diligently, and mad a superb job of cleaning the flat.

The quality of work was very good. It is expensive but as a one off it was what I needed and l am happy with end result.

I was very happy with the appliances but wanted the washing machine to be completely mold free.

I felt it all went well. I have to admit it was a difficult task as the place had not been cleaned for some considerable time. So I underestimated the amount of input required. Would certainly use the service again.
