The Cleaners were very good I was please with the out come.

Efficient online booking. Two polite, concientious and hard working guys spent 6 hours cleaning my elderly mothers house. End result was excellent. Highly recommend.

I have been humming and ha-ing about getting a cleaning service in for months. Eventually I bit the bullet and asked Hello to come and clean for me....why did I hesitate. The process was simple, I defined what I wanted cleaning on the website, the two men turned up exactly when they said they would and I left them to get on with it. I returned just before they had finished and I was delighted with what they had done. I will definitely use this service again. Can I just say how good the two guys were I believe they were Amal and Smile; professional courteous and efficient. Marvellous.

After a shaky start where the allocated team did not turn up - Sam saved the day. He suspended the team in question, allocated Helen and her team to come in the afternoon and they worked late to a fantastic standard, well done Sam, Helen and Hello Services

10/10 Sardar has completed 9properties for us all to a very high standard. He a asset to the cleaning company He has always gone the extra mile . I have put 8 out of 10 due to the below On the finance department you need to improve on sending out the correct invoice and to check before you send a email saying payment is over due when it’s already been paid. We could have had lots of issues occurring if we had not just one person dealing with the company.

I recently used hello services for an end of tenancy clean. They were quick and efficient with quotes and booking, was able to squeeze me in last minuete. Fair price. On day, cleaner came, she was nice. There was a few areas which sadly wasn’t cleaned to what the quote said, sadly meaning our agency charged us £50 for the remaining bits to be cleaned. I spoke with Hello services and they offered to refund me £50 which my agency took. So it effectively costed me nothing, but it could have been dealt with by having the clean done correctly. Overall for the service i received I was happy, however I do believe they charged more than its worth. I basically paid someone £85 an hour. But overall, if I needed this or that doing I would consider again as they offer much cheaper rates then everywhere else.

We've just moved and I wanted the fridge freezer and oven professionally cleaned before I used them. I booked and paid online. On the day I had a call to say they were on their way and they did a great job. Much better than I could have done. I'm really happy. We're having some building work done and the house will need a deep clean. I will definitely use Hello Services when I'm ready to book that.

Hello Services were booked by a relative’s estate agent to clean her house before going on the market. Adriana & her colleague did a fantastic job cleaning out her house which was, quite frankly, in a disgusting state. The job took longer than expected & they stayed late to make sure it was completed. I can’t thank them enough!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My daughter and her friend employed hello services to move the contents of their flat in Stevenage to their new flat in London. They arrived a little early to ensure they were ready to start at 9am The flat was at the top of the three story block of flats and the three of them worked their socks off for for a couple of hours to fill a Bedford van to the brim. The flat is in south east London again top floor of three storey block. They set about unloading what I can only describe as a lot of bulky and heavy boxes etc. from the van to the flat no easy task upnthe steep and narrow stairs to the flat no lift available. All I can say is they were punctual, polite and as hard working as I have seen anyone work. I would absolutely recommend these lovely people for a move. Amazing job Thank-you

Sardar Shuker was very professional when he arrived at my flat. He was able complete everything that was agreed on in a very efficient manner also in record time. I can only recommend him further to others who need their homes cleaned in an efficient and timely manner.

I booked an after builders' clean for my new extension. The company was very professional, efficient and reliable. It was easy to communicate with them via email or telephone. They kept me updated every step of the way. Their cleaners were punctual, polite and respectful, and did an excellent cleaning job! I had a pleasant experience and would strongly recommend them.

Serdar and his colleague were brilliant. They arrived in good time, came in and got stuck in straight away. There were certainly challenges to overcome in the property, and how Serdar made the sink look new again, I'll never know. Was like magic. Wouldn't hesitate to use his team again! Thank you.
