Used Hello Services for a "end of Tenancy" clean. I initially booked the wrong day and the customer service team were able to move it to the right day for me quickly which was appreciated. I had 2 cleaners arrive with their own equipment and I left them to it while I ran errands. They called me to let me know when they had 30 mins left to do so I could come back. When I checked the flat with the lady she pointed out all the work done and it was positively gleaming. I am very happy with the service. The oven looks brand new, all appliances were cleaned, carpet was cleaned well, windows were done as requested. Only negatives were that the company had not passed on my number to the team, so they were waiting at the car park gate for a while and it was only luck that I walked past and they asked if I was the person who had booked the clean (I had specifically said when booking that I would need to be called to let them in) and the app doesn't link up with any orders made outside of the app.

We needed some one urgently to clean my elderly parents flat. We all are very impressed with the customer service. Kitchen hood was very grease but they have done a good job, overall I have to give them 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in everything what ever I have asked for

Used this service for an end of tenancy agreement full clean. Two ladies did the clean to a fantastic standard not sure how they did everything in 2hours! Would have easily taken me days to do myself so well worthwhile.

I have recently had a lot of work done in my small flat which has left it grubby and, following surgery, I haven't been able to clean up myself. I booked a deep clean and a carpet shampoo. The team arrived as scheduled and started work, room by room. They were friendly, efficient and considerate. When they finished, I was asked to check through and confirm that I was satisfied. I was certainly satisfied with their work, the place hasn't been that clean for ages. I would certainly recommend Hello Services and I am already preparing a list of odd jobs for the handyman service as well. Great job and very happy with the way it looks now. Thanks

I have use this Cleaning service first time and Smit & his wife did a fantastic job, Very hard worker and friendly couple, There is a lot of cleaning required but these guys work non stop and spend around 5 hours until I say it’s fine . Will recommend others

I booked at very short notice and amazed to get a reply on Easter Sunday. Turned up on time and did all the things I requested to a very high standard ( I used to be a head housekeeper so I have high standards) kept in touch with text message when due to finish. Walked round flat to check every thing. Very painless experience and would use again

We booked a deep clean of the house in the Blackpool area including kitchen appliances. The team arrived on time, we discussed the requirements and left them to it. Five hours and a team of three saw the job done. We're very happy with the result and would use them again.

We used Hello services recently. My elderly mum moved into residential care and her flat required a deep clean after she moved out. The couple that came arrived promptly, I was unsure about payment for the services however this was explained and dealt with quickly. They carried out a very thorough clean and we were very pleased with the results. They left everything beautifully clean. We would definitely recommend Hello Services.

Fantastic end of tenancy clean - got my full deposit back. Gabriela and her husband were very friendly and helpful. Good communication throughout, called me with enough notice before they'd finished so I could get back to the property in time. Took on all feedback when I did the final inspection and promptly cleaned a few areas that had been missed. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I booked an end of tenancy clean from Hello Services. The cleaners arrived ahead of the booking time and started right away. They worked quickly and carefully and left my property nice and clean. Would definitely use again.

Tina and her team were amazing. My house had been left in a terrible state by the last owner, but they went above and beyond to blitz the place to an amazing standard. I couldn’t recommend Tina more to anyone looking for a cleaning team.
