The cleaning undergone was to an excellent standard and the cleaners where extremely nice and professional. Despite there being confusion or issues causing the cleaners to arrive late I overall am very happy with the service.

The cleaners did a very good job and I'm more than satisfied with the cleaning and the professionalism of the workers. The customer service worker who spoke to me on the phone was not very helpful and was a very bad listener. Once I asked her my question, she told me that she couldn't understand what I was asking, and for that reason, I had to ask my question via email. I will recommend Hello Services, but I will advise your potential customers to avoid contacting you via telephone.

They were efficient and thorough, they experienced some car trouble on there way to my appointment but where quick to communicate with me and assured me they would still be coming and alleviated any worries I had, they worked quickly and professionally and went above and beyond what I had asked of them and left my flat spotless and were worth every penny! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will definitely contact them again if there services are ever needed! Thank you to the lovely ladies that worked hard today

Izabel and her assistant came to clean our Southampton flat last Saturday prior to our new tenant moving in. She was punctual, professional and extremely efficient, and deep cleaned everywhere to an extremely high standard. We cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you Izabel!

I think the cleaners were great, but you charged me 390 for 5 bedrooms and when I said only 2 bedrooms you only reduced the fee to 360.00. Otherwise I'm very pleased. Thank you

Unfortunately the ‘the lead’ cleaner was a little abrupt and unhelpful. They were booked in for 3 hours but only actually only stayed for 47 minutes. When I asked about this, even though the radiator wasn’t cleaned, I was told ‘this is the best we can do.’ I will not use this service again.

The cleaner was great and much cheaper than other quotes I received they did an excellent job. The website and main office is clunky and I was provided mixed messages about payment which made me question the validity of the site.

They did a thorough job and were flexible - rather than doing tasks that didn’t need doing ( although they were on the quote) they were willing to clean other things instead. They were polite, friendly and respectful.

We have just received the most incredible clean from the lovely Nicole and Marius. I will certainly be recommending them to everyone I know and using them again!

Excellent customer services received today from hello services. I booked a clean with the wrong address details (completely my fault) and the customer services team dealt with it efficiently . They were unable to reschedule that day due to time constraints and didn't charge me. I can't comment on the clean as It didn't go ahead but the customer services team were great throughout and ill definitely use again

Thanks to Nicole, Marius and Ionut for their fabulous work. They where so efficient and my house was never cleaner.

Good and neat cleaning. The only hiccup was that the kitchen blind was not pulled up properly which could have damaged them.

The job completed was efficient and very thorough. The crew did a wonderful job of cleaning the flat and I don't think it's ever looked so clean. Would highly recommend them.
