Cleaning was very good. Especially for the price they have. All others I've checked are much higher. The only confusion is that it was stated in the invoice they do exterior window cleaning, but in fact they do not unless you are on the ground floor. so better check beforehand.

After hiring hello services for our pre move in cleaning. I was really impressed seeing the house looking incredibly clean. Adam and his colleagues were supper professional and fully equipped. Highly recommended.

It was a good experience all around. Good email communication following the quote. Good assessment of what had to be done while at the apartment as well as a good check out after the work was done. Solid cleaning, we were really happy with the work that Nicole, Marius and their assistants did!

I was really amazed by the quality of the clean. The property was not cleaned for years by the previous tenants, I hired hello services in a very short notice to do our clean and they managed to book me in. Cleaners arrived fully equipped, they were very friendly , polite and professional. They call me half an hour before finishing the clean so I could go back and inspect the clean. When I arrived at the property it looked exactly brand new and I was really impressed by their level of professionalism. Thank you hello services team.

I was very happy with the efficient, professional service I received. The cleaners really listened to everything I needed done and delivered. They did a fantastic job! My home was sparkling clean after the two cleaners taking so much time to get everything done. Tina was so friendly and lovely. 4 wonderful cleaners rocked up and got to work straight away! They were efficient, quick and did an amazing job! I’m extremely impressed with the clean which was very thorough despite the fact the apartment is quite a strange layout and would recommend them to all! Adam and Jean were brilliant! Great communication with me and left my rental property in excellent condition ready for tenants. They specialise in Essex so anyone looking for a cleaner in that area, you won’t be disappointed!

The actual cleaning service itself was excellent. Only issue - the use of automated emails that did not always accurately reflect what had been agreed. Not a major problem and was sorted with a phone call, but a bit of an annoyance.
