I was able to rearrange the time of my booking at very short notice. The customer service was extremely helpful. The person who cleaned the house was very kind, they handled things with care and attention to detail, and I was very happy with the outcome. I greatly appreciate that they worked long hours to complete the work as they had no partner on that day. Thank you!

Initially I was very apprehensive due to a little miscommunication on arrival. But wow what an amazing deep clean 👏 My husband has a fur allergy and the previous tenants had lots of pets and the carpets were left as good as new. The oven also looks brand new ....I absolutely recommend, don't get hung up on any negative reviews ....these guys work so hard and deserve the recognition 👏 thanks so much

Brilliant service and very prompt on arrival! Previous owners had a dog and they got all of it out from around the edges and out of the carpet. Great service, would use again.

The guys made a very good job of my oven etc, tidied up when they were finished and were very mannerly. Very happy with the result.

It is good. Only thing is that they did clean the lighting lamp cover in the kitchen area. We had asked them to make sure it is cleaned, and the grease is removed. But the grease is still there.

I had both Adriana and Constantine to clean my flat at the end of my Tenancy. I have nothing but Praise for them. The studio apartment was clean within two hours to a very high standard. They did everything asked and looks as good as new. Would use the service again

Wale and Ayo, were very polite, and worked really hard, I was so pleased with the result, worth every penny! I just feel as a company you should use steamers instead of mops, that said very happy thank you

This is the second time i have used the end of tenancy cleaning..during both occasions I had a wonderful experience. The team is very skilled and they do a fantatstic job. This time it was Neesh who did the cleaning. And I must admit Neesh and his partner did a superb job. I am very pleased with the outcome. Definitely recommend their services. Also, I must point out that Hello Services are very flexible. They are quick to respond and are willing to make any amendments in the tasks, dates and any queries you might have. Good personable service. Quick to respond to emails. On the day I had a call 15 mins before arrival. Cleaning excellent and ensuring that everything was well done before departure.
