Great service, very thorough clean. Communicative and friendly.

I used Hello Services in Kent for an After Builders Clean. The two people who came to clean were prompt, even in heavy snow, they communicated well, took in everything I asked them to do, gave me a clear time estimate and kept to it, and did a really thorough, impressive, detailed job. I was very grateful and think highly of them. Really feels like I have my house back after all the work and the mess. Thank you.

Loqman and team had done an amazing job for my client who is a smoker. We knew it would be a tough job and wasn’t expecting a lot done but they had gone above and beyond to clean the place. The cleaning team were brilliant, so polite, friendly, hard working and clearly experienced. So considerate and careful, took their shoes off before stepping into the flat. They were willing to work with us so we could move things as they went along in order to clean inside / under / behind everything. Very happy.

I found my cleaners to be very professional and the work was completed to a very high standard.

I called them as my brother's flat needed a good clean, I have used other cleaning services in the past and they have all been average, nothing special. However these people are so far above everyone else it is hard to begin to say how good they are. The job they did was faultless, they certainly had their work cut out for them but the flat now looks almost brand new. I am so grateful for them to do such a good job and make my brother happy with his flat. If you need something cleaned then you MUST call them - DO NOT USE ANYONE ELSE as nobody will come close to how good this company is. If only I could give them 10 stars..

The couple were professional, very quiet but got on with the job- left the house sparkling clean very impressed full house took two people 3.5hours

The process of booking was straight forward and the team were quick to respond when needed. Adam and Dinu were the cleaners assigned to us on the day and i have to say they were outstanding! I was a little wary of this company as I'd never used the services of such an organisation in the past. Also, reviews that I read were quite varied. I needn't have worried. I was selling a house, and having emptied it, I asked Hello Services to clean it on the day before completion. A young woman called Jasmina turned up and did an absolutely brilliant job. She cleaned my four bedroom semi-detached Victorian house in three hours. She left no stone unturned, washed the floors, vacuumed everywhere, cleaned every drawer and cupboard, and washed all the windows. I just can't imagine anybody doing a better job. After the buyers had moved in the next day, they reported with gratitude how pleased they were with the cleanliness of the house. Jasmina's a saint, and Hello Services is highly recommended.

I was so impressed with the professional and friendly service provided by Darren and his team this week. They went above and beyond and the result was a spotless home which I can’t thank them enough for. I would highly recommend them.

I used Hello Services to do a pre-sale clean of my deceased father’s flat. This was a mixed experience. The lads from the MD Scotland team who came to do the clean were great - very pleasant and hard working and they did a really great job. The flat was sparkling by the time they had finished. However I feel the cost was very pricey for the number of hours allocated to them. I also found it very frustrating having to do everything online - I could never get any answer when I tried calling the company on the phone to discuss my requirements.

Excellent service, will definitely use again. House feels like’new’. I gave an inventory to the company but forgot to add shutter clean. I was able to add that on the day. Not cheap but good value for money.
