I had a great experience with Hello Services. There was a mix up with the timings for the clean but this was sorted immediately. They were extremely professional and I was so pleased with the results.

If you are looking for an exceptionally thorough professional cleaning service, these guys are the best team for the job. They showed up on time, left our property immaculate, and they were really pleasant to deal with. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I have just had two cleaners in to clean my son's flat which had got into a disgusting state. Justina and her colleague have completely transformed the flat. They have done an amazing job, all areas were cleaned to an exceptionally high standard, far beyond what I hoped for. What a fantastic team! Everyone I dealt with at Hello Services has been helpful, polite and highly professional. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

The trio of cleaners arrived on time, introduced themselves & after looking round the property got to work. They were very professional and did a realy good job. Overall excellent.

Very satisfied! They managed to book me in for the next day after I was let down by a different provider. The cleaners were very professional, communicative, and friendly. Every single detail was paid attention to and they called me half an hour before leaving the property to ensure I was going back to inspect the property before leaving. Highly recommended

Had a clear and thorough explanation on the services provided during quotation period over the phone. David and wife arrived late but had contacted to inform of their delay which gave me time to do other things instead of waiting. Good communication there. Both did a good and thorough house cleaning. They both checked with me if I was happy with the cleaning level and was super satisfactory. They did not rush through but did a good job.

Smit was a brilliant cleaners. They turned up early worked quickly and did a really good job. I would strongly recommend them to anyone wanting and exit clean of their home. Thank you both so much x

Hello Services got me out of trouble when a local recommended cleaner let me down at short notice and the guys they sent did a very good job. Thanks to them tenants could happily move in next day.

Hello Services were amazing, responded promptly to my request, and the wonderful cleaners we had on a bank holiday were brilliant. This was a clean needed prior to us moving in, I was very disappointed with the way the letting agents had left the flat, however after the clean, I now feel completely at home. The ladies were friendly, efficient, and clearly very skilled. Would definitely use them again, thank you very much!!

I read some of the reviews and I have not had the same experience. It sounds like the houses were quite filthy. I had Smit and the team cleaning and they did a great job. Cleaned cupboards and was happy with the outcome even though it was much cheaper than others I would recommend.

Couldn’t fault the work from Smit and the team. Went out of their way to clean all appliances. Very friendly and trustworthy people.
