The best decision I’ve ever made. Hello services did an absolutely amazing job cleaning one of my houses for rent. The tenants didn’t look after the place at all, and I was on a very tight schedule and had to get the house cleaned for the new arrivals, I heard about the work tidy shines have done for others and emailed them about the job straight away and they took care of everything in a very professional manor. Super happy with the result and I 100% recommend them to anyone wanting a clean! Thank you

What an amazing company, we recieve work through Hello Services on a regular basis. Their quotes are very competitive and transparent. Their quotes are perfectly clear on what’s included in the price. Overall, a great company! Would highly recommend.

We were stressed under so much pressure. We found hello Seevices end of of tenancy cleaning to be very reasonable price. Booked online and the cleaners did amazing job. They were 45 mins late but it’s sometimes expected.

Sardar came to the property and gave us full end of tenancy clean, spotless kitchen and bathroom. With all rooms and carpets cleared. No additional charges for extra bits they did, highly recommend ! Booked from housekeep

Fantastic outcome! I came home to a sparking home smelling fresh and looking brand new. This company was so easy to book with from start to finish. Everything explain well and staff from customer service answered all my questions. Don’t usually write reviews but this was defiantly worth it! I cannot thank you guys enough. Great service - we had a full deep clean of the house after building works and it was very good value for money plus easy to get a quote and make the booking. They also dealt with an issue that some flooring had been missed and sent someone back the next day free of charge to rectify so I was impressed with the customer experience.

Excellent service , I’ve used them twice recently and delighted with the results and the quality and professionalism of the service. Treated a particularly difficult 15 years stair carpet and it came up like new.

If I could give 6 stars, I would for the 2 man &van service. They were polite, punctual, extremely careful and friendly. Moving is stressful but certainly the loading transport unloading was seamless. Thank you

The movers handled my furniture with care and professionalism. They disassembled and assembled our wardrobe really quickly. And shout out to the young men who had to carry our very heavy cabinet up the stairs!

I booked an end of tenancy clean and the team of three cleaners were amazing. Nothing was too much for them and they worked extremely hard to transform the property into a sparkling, sweet smelling and welcoming home ready for the next family to move into. Excellent job. Just moved house and they were very flexible with timings and priorities when it comes to cleaning. They made everything look like new, including the carpets, kitchen utilities and everything else.

Sadar arrived on time, was courteous and explained exactly what he was going to do. My very dirty oven looks good as new. Sadar left everything neat and clean afterwards. Very impressed

Wow! Wow! Wow! Lorraine and Simone were absolutely brilliant! Deep cleaned my house to a T! They both worked very hard and cleaned each area of the house to an very high standard. Booking was straightforward and courteous. I wasn’t there for the clean itself (it’s an empty flat I’m selling after a death) but using the lockbox as they were instructed seems to have gone smoothly. They sent me photos afterwards which looked great, the clean seems to have been thorough enough. The estate agents report that it’s made all the difference.

I booked Hello Services for an end of tenancy clean on March 3rd 2025. I was extremely impressed with Iasmina & Radu, they arrived at the booked time & I left them to it, they kindly gave me a call to confirm when they would finish so I could get back to them promptly. Not only was the whole house gleaming but it also smelled beautiful. They were friendly, professional people & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Ismael and Ali cleaned the house at the end of tenancy. Although they arrived a bit later that scheduled (partly because of difficulty in finding the property) they worked efficiently and quickly and the house was ready in a 3 hours. They were a very friendly and amiable pair of workers.

The cleaner came and was so kind and friendly, she did a tremendous job tidying and cleaning my studio apartment for the ending of my tenancy. I was really nervous because it was really cheap but turns out it’s just a bargain. It also only took 1.5 hours and she called me 10 minutes before she was due to finish so I had time to get home. The only reason I’m taking one star off as I was informed the night before that she would have to come at 8am rather than 10am, luckily that worked out for me but could be a hassle for others. Thank you again!

They gave a range of well-priced alternatives for a van for a house move. The driver I selected was professional and very friendly.

I booked an end of tenancy clean with this company and they were fantastic. When Vicki arrived there was a bit of a disaster as typically there was no water! It had been turned off due to the property being vacant. She was extremely flexible and understanding and came back a few days later. She did a wonderful and thorough job, she was very friendly and responsive and I would have no hesitation in recommending her in the future.

Erik did a great job, came in the morning, by the afternoon the flat is ready to hand back to our landlord!

My driver was absolutely amazing, went above and beyond to help. There professionalism was incredible. There had been a mix up with company about dismantling furniture, but he did it anyone and didn't moan. He made my move a lot less stressful and they were all top guys. Thank you!!

Erik was superb! Polite and friendly, arrived on time and did a great job (5 star rating for him). The only reason for 4 star and not 5 overall is for the carpet cleaning machine which is not really sufficient for heavy traffic areas, although Erik did his best.

HelloVans were excellent. The guys went above and beyond to help us, we're incredibly grateful for all their help moving plus dis/reassembling a few large pieces of furniture. We would heartily recommend them and if we move again soon, we'll be sure to call on them again!

Ismail and Ali we great. They did a really good job on an after builders cleaning. They left the apartment clean and smelling fresh. They always insisted that I inspect their work and raise any issues so they can rectify before they left. Great service.

I contacted Hello Services last Friday afternoon after being let down by estate agent organised pre cleaning of a rental property I was due to move into following my own house being flooded. I was immediately given an appt for the following morning! Joel & his team arrived at 9 as arranged & did a fantastic job. They were thorough, professional, friendly & most understanding of my situation. I would highly recommend them

The movers were very friendly, professional, on time, and moved everything with great concern and aplomb. They did not rush or hurry anything, thinking about the duration they were initially booked for. They were also not fussy on any extra payment for extra half an hour they had to put in, although I paid them extra, as they should have been paid. A wonderful experience overall. I would definitely recommend them again !!

I used hello vans to move some of my stuff and really enjoyed the service. They were punctual, quick, organised, discret and yet super nice guys ! All the fees were discussed and agreed in advance. They added nothing. I recommend them 100%

I have used Hello Services before, and I trusted them to do the work again. I contacted the team and asked if Sulltan had time, because he is one of their best ‘handy men’ and he is polite, tidy and always works hard.

I booked Hello Services for some IKEA closet assembly. The whole booking process was incredibly smooth, professional and well documented. I was kept updated at every step. But more importantly, Samuel who turned up was a real gem of a guy! He did a fantastic job assembling all the IKEA wardrobes and even helped me rearrange the room and cleaned up after himself! I can’t praise him highly enough. Great job!
