I was unsure about using a company for a one off clean but went for it based on reviews. I was very impressed with the deep clean. The guys who came were very professional and equally as lovely. Apologised and said they did their best with the oven, I checked it expecting it not to be great ( it was pretty baked in grease etc and it was gleaming.! Definitely not in need of apologies.! Would highly recommend and use the service again

Great job and good value

The standard of cleaning was very good. Only disappointment was the challenging conversation around payment. Cleaners arrived stated they wanted cash and I had not paid, even through i had a receipt

Vlasta arranged right on time and did an excellent job completing a full deep clean from top to bottom. She was really friendly and requested inspection and feedback afterwards to make sure I was completely happy. Thank you.

Great to work with and house looked and smelt fab

Vlasta arrived early with her team and after a tour of the house, the team got to work. The house was left immaculate, super clean! All surfaces, cupboards, carpets and floors were pristine! The oven was shining as were all the oven inserts. Microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge all perfect. The bathrooms and showers looked like brand new and not 13 years old! Windows left gleaming. Excellent service and would use again. Thank you!

The team were very diligent, efficient and worked quietly and well. I liked them. They left our home looking so much brighter and after six weeks of building work and horrendous dust, I can now once again walk barefoot on my wooden floors and see all of the flat surfaces - and our books and ornaments look great too!

Excellent cleaning

Easy to book, cleaners did a fab job, they were a little bit late due to a crash/traffic but otherwise all great.

Very professional and timely. Staff were also very friendly and understood what’s was asked of them would highly recommend.

The team arrived on time, were charming and after a thorough tour got down to the job in hand. The challenge was significant after six weeks of building and disruption; the house was filthy. It is now restored. Clean, dust free and diligently returned to its old self. I can walk barefoot on my wooden floors again!

I was happy with the clean. I think the price is a little steep but service was good and the workmen were very approachable and friendly.

Fast and and high quality cleaning by the excellent cleaners for my end of tenancy service. Only a 9 as the cleaners weren't aware of the quote details, however this was resolved quickly.

The cleaners were great didn’t give you 10 as I’d asked if you used local cleaners which you said yes. I don’t think 90 miles is local!

Vlasta did an excellent job for my end of tenancy cleaning thoroughly throughout the 2 bed house. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend. Definitely a lovely lady who clearly knows how to clean. Only problem was with booking the appointment and asking questions quite arrogant in their responses may be some in house training on how to speak to customers would be useful .

Very good service. Staff in office were helpful and the price was competitive. Nicole and Marius arrived on time and did a through and impressive clean of this four-bedroom house. The bathroom in particular was left looking really good with all the staining in toilet and shower removed. Overall the house looked great and we would definitely use the company again.

I left the tenancy with a brilliant service and everything went smooth!! They even took great care of an oven that was really dirty and Is now back in pristine conditions.

Nicole, Marius and their colleague cleaned our apartment to a high standard. We would like to thank them for their thorough work.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. At first glance the cleaning was very good, especially fridge freezer, cooker and washing machine however the skirting and floor still had a few dirty marks on which I rubbed off myself. There was also some marks/dirt still left in the kitchen sink and taps.

Vlasta attended to do a deep clean of my home. Very friendly, polite and professional. Did a great job with the sticky windows went above and beyond. Thank you

Friendly staff and hard working.The house had been cleared prior to moving so had all the features of furniture that had not been moved for some years including lots of spiders webs.House looked like new when they had finished, I can recommend the service. Richard

I paid Hello cleaners for an end of tenancy deep clean. Vlasta came to clean the house I was leaving, she made it sparkling clean, also she perfectly cleaned all the appliances including fridge/freezer and oven, with whom particularly she worked miracles! After she left the house smelled so good and fresh! She really has a nice touch! She was also very kind and friendly with us. She really is a star and I am very grateful to her for all the hard work she did!

Yesterday I used Hello services to give my flat a full post builders clean Marius and Nicole We’re the cleaners did a brilliant job - especially in the kitchen! My Oven and sink look new. Highly recommended!
