Excellent service!!!! Booked a one off clean. I booked it 2 days before, and was over the moon that they could fit me in!! The lady was lovely, polite, and very thorough!! I would definitely use them again!!!

Very thorough, nice and friendly. Would have given 10 but the ground floor could have been cleaner and they arrived 1h late through no fault of their own.

Very happy with the team that turned up, worked really hard and did a great job. I was not that impressed with the admin side, having to chase to see a confirmation and repeatedly requesting changes to the quote only to be ignored

Not perfect - but I’ve never had a clean that was! Very friendly and efficient team, and lots of horrible grime and grease gone. I was impressed to have 3 people do the job, which made it good value for money. A few cobwebs left behind around the windows, but no biggie. I’m happy with it, would book again.

Vista and her friend came into my flat with a can do attitude, they mopped and cleaned my entire flat, cleaned all the work surfaces down in each room, cleaned my bathroom, bedroom , kitchen and living room they did a brilliant job nothing was too much for them they even cleaned my fridge out which I was pretty pleased with over all I would recommend them to anyone they did a really good and I was really happy with the outcome.

The cleaners are lovely and did a good job. Will arrange for another dream in December.

Hello Services helped us last minute when we were let down twice in two days by Fantastic Services. The end of tenancy clean was excellent - the cleaners were friendly, polite, efficient and thorough. I would highly recommend this company.

Great cleaners only downside is I ask if they used local cleaners which they said they did but I don’t call a 2 hour drive to get to flat local!

Two-man team for 10 hours, very good result. Thorough clean, a bit rough in approach but good result. Left some cleaning utensils behind, not a major issue but lacking "final touch". Only major negative: carpets were machine-washed with the result the that they are clean but left smelling rather unappetisingly. Next time, use a different carpet shampoo?

The gentleman and his partner were incredible! Very professional, thorough and would specifically ask for them if I were to use the services again! He unfortunately didn’t give me his name but was a great job. The company was prompt with responses, reasonably priced and was overall a very user friendly service.

you did all you promised

Today we had cleaning booked in crawley. Before the work the house as described by our client as "yellow and brown" and now he describes it as "clean and white". Excellent job, very satisfied. The cleaners were nice as well, courteous and good mannered. It helps the client by giving him a better appearence and he feels less neglected. It made him very happy and will give him more confidence. Good service from hello.
