I recently used hello services for an end of tenancy clean. They were quick and efficient with quotes and booking, was able to squeeze me in last minuete. Fair price. On day, cleaner came, she was nice. There was a few areas which sadly wasn’t cleaned to what the quote said, sadly meaning our agency charged us £50 for the remaining bits to be cleaned. I spoke with Hello services and they offered to refund me £50 which my agency took. So it effectively costed me nothing, but it could have been dealt with by having the clean done correctly. Overall for the service i received I was happy, however I do believe they charged more than its worth. I basically paid someone £85 an hour. But overall, if I needed this or that doing I would consider again as they offer much cheaper rates then everywhere else.
