Good value, responsive customer service, good quality. Had a small thing of the hob and extractor fan being classed as two separate appliances to clean which felt unnecessary but otherwise very fair

Friendly and through cleaning job

Jose and his wife did a great job communicating with me and then doing the end of tenancy cleaning on my flat. I recommend them with no reservations.

Overall very pleased with quality and cost of cleaning and reliable attendance and help received from cleaning team.

The team arrived on time, phoned me beforehand and got to work straight away after discussing the priorities. They worked extremely hard, were pleasant, polite and have done a great job cleaning the whole flat. I am recommending the service to others because it is just what people need.

Excellent service, would highly recommend. They were on time, professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to clean the entire apartment, the windows, all surfaces, even the ceilings and every appliance and fixtures. You want a job done well, give it to these guys!

After a shaky start, with cleaners being over an hour late, the team did a great job. Landlord was very happy with the job too. The team were also very friendly.

They followed their job order well, and true to their promise of a quick but quality deep-clean of the flat. I will definitely recommend this company, and specifically Cosmina to be their cleaner.

First of all, the promptness and efficiency of the office services. Secondly, the efforts and application of the cleaners themselves. Very thorough and pleasant and helpful.

I have high standards and the team met them all with their efficiency, professionalism, and conduct. Needless to say the place is spotless, and we could notice a huge difference – every surface, draw and floor was completely cleaned (unfurnished apartment ready to move in). The price was reasonable too so the only reason my rating is a 9, not a 10, is because Hello Services also work with contractors so, whilst it is a great indicator, you may not have the same experience as I did.

Quite and through in cleaning. Staff very helpful and friendly. Won't need to spring cleaning for a while.

They did a thorough job and were flexible - rather than doing tasks that didn’t need doing ( although they were on the quote) they were willing to clean other things instead. They were polite, friendly and respectful.

Thought the cleaning service was very good. They arrived and did a deep hoover, cleaning all areas and were very efficient. My carpets were steam cleaned and are now back to looking new. Very impressed overall.

Amazing. I was impressed by the careful cleaning of every detail. For example, I was really surprised that the inside of the shelves and the inside of the microwave were cleaned cleanly. It was a wonderful job and I was really impressed. If I have a chance to use it next time, I definitely want to use it. I'm really thankful to you.

Great service from the cleaners. However, I was misquoted how the extrnal windows are counted, this was not explained, so I ended up paying more than originallly agreed.

The cleaners were excellent, they left the place spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
