The cleaners were friendly and professional. I had to chase up ETA. They did a good job, later than expected But a light fitting in kitchen was left greasy and dusty. Another team returned the following day. Paid for carpet cleaning included initially in quote at room price then full price for deep clean the following day. Wasn't vacuumed again. Advised 3 hours for carpets to dry. But still wet 3 days later
