Did a great job cleaning my house ready for handover to new owner.

The service and results were very good. We gave them a probably harder job than others for a small apartment deep clean that was still cluttered by the many belongings of the person living in it. They took to the job well, worked hard over many hours and produced very acceptable results. The only issue which they should correct is that we followed the following process: agreed proposal of works, cost, guarantees etc. The cleaners came to the apartment, looked around, agreed what they could and could not do, and then they got on with their work. A small time in to the job, I received a call from their head office saying that they had to withdraw the cleaning guarantee ie to return to resolve if I wasnt happy with the job. They said the apartment was too cluttered. This behaviour was unacceptable. We agreed the job, they looked at the apartment before proceeding, and we agreed on what was not possible, and then I received that call. But again, overall, I recommend them for general very good service and cleaning.

A great experience - really simple to book. The communication from Sardar throughout the day was great. They did a brilliant end of tenancy service - the place looked spotless and had covered all the services invoiced for.

I booked the one off deep cleaning service with Hello Services and I’m very satisfied with how it turned out. My shower was full of limescale and after the cleaning it was as good as new, as seen in the before and after pictures. All the faucets and metal surfaces were shining. I also had some of my appliances cleaned including the microwave and oven. The attention to detail was incredible. Every corner of my house was squeaky clean. I will definitely be booking regularly.

Really impressed with the services by Hello Services. They were quick to responds and communication was great (they gave us lots of reminders and was clear with the services provided). Sardar and his team were amazing too, we booked an end of tenancy cleaning session and they delivered. They did such a good job getting the place into a spotless state. Highly recommend to anyone looking for cleaning services.

Good value - landlord happy! Didn't have to use the guarantee as the landlord didn't raise any issues. Found customer service helpful and responsive via email. Invoice was clear and easy to understand. Competitive price as well.

Sardar and his assistant Shaheen did an amazing job cleaning my apartment including deep cleaning the kitchen , bathrooms, wooden floors as well as carpets ! They were detailed , efficient , quick and left the flat looking fabulous ! Highly dependable - would love to work with them again !

The team arrived on time, phoned me beforehand and got to work straight away after discussing the priorities. They worked extremely hard, were pleasant, polite and have done a great job cleaning the whole flat. I am recommending the service to others because it is just what people need.

Really communicative in organising access and the flat looked brilliant. The very old kitchen came up looking almost as good as new.

They did a thorough job and were flexible - rather than doing tasks that didn’t need doing ( although they were on the quote) they were willing to clean other things instead. They were polite, friendly and respectful.

Thought the cleaning service was very good. They arrived and did a deep hoover, cleaning all areas and were very efficient. My carpets were steam cleaned and are now back to looking new. Very impressed overall.

Just had a 2 bed flat deep cleaned and carpets steam cleaned. The cleaners did an amazing job, moving furniture, hoovering everywhere twice, deep cleaning bathrooms, windows and living spaces. The flat looks sparkling clean now and the carpets are back to their original colour. What a super service.

Amazing. I was impressed by the careful cleaning of every detail. For example, I was really surprised that the inside of the shelves and the inside of the microwave were cleaned cleanly.
