Really good company . Came out and let themselves in to clean with minimum fuss as I couldn't get the day off work. Did a great job of the bedroom,bathroom and the carpet . My only criticism is you quoted to dust bedframe but when I checked underneath mattress it was still dusty . I also checked the skirting behind headboard and bedside cabinet and that had been missed too. However I'm not sure if under the mattress and behind the headboard is included. I would have pulled the mattress off and pulled the bed out if I had known so you could have got to it . Not to worry I ran the hoover behind it quick enough. Still very happy as it saved me a lot of hassle just before Christmas. Thank you

Excellent service, prompt response times and happily accommodated a last minute request for a Sunday morning end of tenancy clean. The cleaning staff were friendly and highly competent. We were really pleased with the clean of the apartment and would definitely use again. Thank you!

Nihad and his team were amazing! The arrived right on time and were extremely professional. The team did an excellent job cleaning the house, the oven looked better than when we moved in, and the deep clean of the carpet it left it look as good as it did the day we moved in. We were really happy with the quality and thoroughness of the team, and their professionalism. Would hire them again to do a deep clean of our new house when the time comes for a spring clean.

I requested Hello Services to clean a large range stove/hob and extractor fan, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. They were able to come and clean everything within 24 hours and meant that we could move into our new rental with freshly cleaned appliances. So grateful for the team to be able to come at short notice for very reasonable price and they were all very lovely and friendly on top. Couldn't have asked for more, thank you.

JK and his assistant on time spent 4 hours cleaning the one bedroom flat excellent job the bathroom sparkled and the well used oven in the kitchen was gleaming like new. The cleaning team were efficient and thorough and overall did a good job. The missed out a few areas by accident but the rest they completed to a good standard. Arranging the service at such short notice with no fuss was also a great bonus and much appreciated in our circumstances. It would be helpful if you could notify the cleaning team that payment had been received so they didn't have to ask my mum for it again at the end.

Quite expensive, however, very flexible. The service provided was very good, although the dishwasher wasn't cleaned properly and i had to remind them to do the windows abd wipe down some surfaces. Overall excellent level of cleaning though and lovely, friendly service. Also, was promised a cleaning certificate i can send to the landlords and have yet to receive this. Your company did a fantastic job deep cleaning my sisters house, she was overwhelmed by it, it was such short notice(24 hours), but you accommodated, my sister came home from hospital to a beautiful and spotless house, I would recommend this company

You came out at such short notice (the next day), you were booked for 09:00 and the cleaners were on the dot and last but not least, the house was spotless, they even put a wash on, thank you 🙏

I was not informed of dos and fonts so was unsure what I could ask to be done when cleaners came The sofa steam cleaner leaked water all over the sofa and it was not fully cleaned due to water leakage

Excellent in every way! Speedy detailed quotation and very reasonable. They met the date we wanted the job doing even at short notice. Ludovic and his colleague were on time and worked very hard (from 10:30 am to 20:00 pm) and did a great job. If all Hello Services cleaners are as good as they were I would have no hesitation in recommending the Company to anyone!
