Could have been a 10 but they forgot to clean the washing machine and it’s trays. I also forgot to check it as focused on other things. I had to clean the trays during the handover so even though it’s a small matter but would have preferred not to do it.

Nicole and Marius did a very good job. They arrived on time, they were friendly and they made the flat perfectly clean: all surfaces, windows, rooms were perfect. They can fully be trusted, you won't regret it.

They really took their time and made sure to clean every surface in the flat. Very impressed with such a thorough clean! Highly recommend.

Excellent job on a one deep off clean. The staff was very friendly, as they also used good products to clean and give a new look to the house. Vlasta was very careful with cleaning small details.

The overall clean of the property was satisfactory as the job wasn't completed as per the quote/invoice. I didn't not feel the following jobs were completed: Clean and wipe down doors and the door frame; Clean and wipe light switches, remove finger print and dirt. The cleaners were also late, claiming they were given the wrong address beforehand hence the clean started 40mins after the booked time.

Professional and did a fantastic job of cleaning a flat after builders and old tenants. I'd be happy to use this service again in the future!

Very good clean

Cleaners arrived on time. They carried out a full clean on an end of lease student flat. I was very pleased with the results and would recommend. Reading some reviews I suppose it depends which area you're in and who is contracted to clean. We are in Newcastle and the team there were spot on.

The cleaning we booked was for my grandmothers home. Both she and we were delighted with the outcome, it looked brilliant. The cleaners were so polite, kind and friendly and we could tell they worked incredibly hard - we wanted to give our biggest thanks. It made such a difference

Had an End of Tenacy cleaning today with Nicole and Marius and I was very satisfied with the result. They are kind and warm people that did a professional job, deep cleaning carpets and making sure all apliances are spotless.

Although the cleaners were friendly, approachable and eager, they appeared rushed. They had spent 2 hours travelling to the destination and only two hours cleaning the house including the oven. This meant that after the initial check and on closer inspection, many of the skirting boards had not been dusted especially under radiators. Some radiators had cobwebs still hanging below. Dust also remained on doors where there were small ledges and behind curtains. The face of all kitchen cupboards had been wiped but the small ledges on the kitchen cupboards were still dirty.

Nicole and Marius are super friendly and professional. The flat was cleaned thoroughly. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who need professional cleaning after moving out of a property.

Very professional team, the cleaning was done proprely, quickly and as detailled in the quote. No suprises of extra cost after the cleaning. The company was also quick to answer any question I had during the process of the quote.

Very good, only thing i would argue with is that i would’ve liked if you went behind the couches to clean and I would’ve liked if you went under the rug and cleaned. But other than that excellent!! Everywhere cleaned and left a nice smell and friendly service. Definitely will use again!!

Went with this company to do an end of tenancy clean because of the promised 'return visit' if Letting Agency not satisfied. The clean wasn't perfect but good enough for agency so all was good
