Easy to book this service and lovely chaps who turned up. A few bits missed behind the bath and in the cupboards but nothing to complain about. Lovely job in the main areas e.g. oven, carpets, windows. Would use again at the next end of tenancy. This was a two bedroom house in Aldershot.

Lovely people and easy service to arrange. Few areas found not fully clean in the house but not the end of the world.

We booked this service to clean our flat in Bristol at the end of tenancy - it was a basement flat and quite damp and was not looking its best, but they did a wonderful job in a very quick time. Our landlord even commented that it was spotless!

We arranged a clean for the end of our tenancy in our flat - Iasmina delivered a very thorough clean, including fridge, freezer, shower, toilet, at a time that was convenient for us. I would recommend her services and will use her again.

The cleaning undergone was to an excellent standard and the cleaners where extremely nice and professional. Despite there being confusion or issues causing the cleaners to arrive late I overall am very happy with the service.

This is my first experience and it has been great from booking the service for deep cleaning to the end when the cleaners left my house. The process was easy. Nicole and Marius were punctual, reliable and did a very good job cleaning my house. They take great care to look after my items and gadgets when cleaning so it was very assuring. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Great people. Friendly, communicative, worked really hard and made my flat sparkling for a end-of-tenancy handover in just a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend.

The team works and completes the deep cleaning very efficiently within two hours. The bathroom, the sinks and toilet looks shinny with no water scale and dirt. The rooms with carpets are well sanitised. Good work and well done. The staffs are very friendly. In short, I highly appreciate the service provided by HELLO SERVICES.

The cleaners did a very good job and I'm more than satisfied with the cleaning and the professionalism of the workers. The customer service worker who spoke to me on the phone was not very helpful and was a very bad listener. Once I asked her my question, she told me that she couldn't understand what I was asking, and for that reason, I had to ask my question via email. I will recommend Hello Services, but I will advise your potential customers to avoid contacting you via telephone.

We have used Hello Services for deep cleans a number of times when buying / selling houses or at the end of a tenancy. They are prompt and very thorough. I will certainly continue to use them going forward.

They were efficient and thorough, they experienced some car trouble on there way to my appointment but where quick to communicate with me and assured me they would still be coming and alleviated any worries I had, they worked quickly and professionally and went above and beyond what I had asked of them and left my flat spotless and were worth every penny! Monica & her team are the best cleaners! The kitchen in the house we’ve bought was very grubby, particularly the electric ovens (yes, plural - there are 4 of them), gas hob & cupboards. The kitchen is sparkling now thanks to Monica & her team. We are delighted & can’t recommend them highly enough.

Loredana came to my 3 bed 2 bath property in Berkshire today with her colleague for end of tenancy deep clean. She was prompt, arriving early, fully equipped with all she required to complete the job. She was really lovely, professional and worked meticulously and thoroughly. They both did a great job and asked me to check everything and addressed any things immediately ensuring that I was happy with the job before leaving and taking payment. They stuck to the agreed quote and did not add any additional costs as I have seen other companies do. The company kept me updated and responded to any queries in a reasonable time frame. I feel confident that if there were any issues both Loredana and Hello would have dealt with them professionally and promptly. Thank you 🙏

The team that arrived from Hell Services to conduct my deep clean on my new home were excellent. The previous owner had left the apartment in an excellent state and I was doubting whether I should cancel. Both worked extremely hard. They were thorough and meticulous. Speedy without being rushed. They were practised and accomplished. They had a system an literally swept through every room. Cleaning carpets and services. The end product was an immaculately clean home. I would absolutely use them again and can thoroughly recommend them for anyone moving home both in or out. Or just to freshen up the home

Izabel and her assistant came to clean our Southampton flat last Saturday prior to our new tenant moving in. She was punctual, professional and extremely efficient, and deep cleaned everywhere to an extremely high standard. We cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you Izabel!

We have recently purchased our first home that was unfortunately left a bit grubby. We decided to get Hello services in as I had previously used them for an end of tenancy clean. They did not disappoint, Marius and Nicole came in and spent a solid 4.5 hours bringing the place back to a superb standard.

The team were so lovely and super helpful. They cleaned the flat within an inch of its life for an end of tenancy clean and I'll be surprised if our management agency can find a single thing to complain about!

My partner and I recently bought a new house, before moving in we wanted to deep clean the house to remove all traces of the previous owners. Nicole and Marius absolutely blitzed the place, they even turned the stained carpets into something usable. We are extremely happy with the end result and I would recommend them for all cleaning work.

Izabel and her team were amazing. They left our house absolutely spotless ready for the new owners. They got felt tip stains out of carpets which had been there for months which I hadn’t been able to shift, cupboards were spotless, they were thorough in everything and all appliances looked good as new. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them in the future.

I think the cleaners were great, but you charged me 390 for 5 bedrooms and when I said only 2 bedrooms you only reduced the fee to 360.00. Otherwise I'm very pleased. Thank you

Unfortunately the ‘the lead’ cleaner was a little abrupt and unhelpful. They were booked in for 3 hours but only actually only stayed for 47 minutes. When I asked about this, even though the radiator wasn’t cleaned, I was told ‘this is the best we can do.’ I will not use this service again.

The cleaner was great and much cheaper than other quotes I received they did an excellent job. The website and main office is clunky and I was provided mixed messages about payment which made me question the validity of the site.

After selling our house, we hired Hello Cleaning Services to clean our house prior to completion later that same day. Izabel and her team did an excellent job on cleaning the property including all kitchen units inside and out as well as the double oven range inside and out. The only thing I would say is that you need to specify the ovens as an additional item when requesting the quote online. If you don’t specify it at the time of quote, then it’s hardly surprising if it is not included on the day. Overall we had an excellent service. It was not without hiccups along the way, but as well as being an excellent cleaner and leader, Izabel was also an excellent problem solver and managed to get the best out of her team while at all times remaining customer focused throughout. She really cared about the quality of work being done. Would I recommend them to anyone else? Yes…..without question. They got us out of a right old pickle.
