Hello Services customer reviews for cleaning

I booked for a house deep cleaning job with Hello. They called on the day to say the cleaner was ill. Postponed to 3 days later, no one turned up and when I called, it seemed the cleaner was still ill. I was starting to get really annoyed and thought I would be doing a very bad review. But after the job was done, I cannot but give full 5 stars for the team which did it. Constantin, his wife Adriana and their team did a marvellous job! So if you live in West Midlands and this team (from Oldbury) is assigned to your job, I am sure will get your money's worth... or even more. Totally recommended!

I used of Hello Services in relation to my end-of-tenancy deep clean. I was so very pleased with the service provided! They did a flawless job, and even cleaned a late addition appliance for free! Hannah and her team arrived at the property precisely on time, messaged to inform me they were there, and then messaged again on completion. On inspection, they had cleaned to an extremely high standard, and as such, I had no issues in getting back my bond. I'd highly recommend Hello Services. And on a personal note, Hannah - thanks very much!

Hannah and her team did a great job on a full house clean. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen and 2 reception rooms. All cleaned to an excellent standard, they were punctual, polite and professional. Highly recommended.

Booked in for a one-off deep clean. The house has never been cleaner! Halwest and his colleague cleaned everything thoroughly and gave a walk through at the end to check things over and make sure we were happy. I'm delighted, and the house looks great after this much needed refresh.

Mr Sardar and his colleague did a fantastic job at cleaning my studio flat at the end of my tenancy. They completed the job at the time they specified they would and it is to an extremely high standard. I'm very impressed with the job and I can now hand back my keys in full confidence that the property is clean and tidy. I hope I'm able to hire them again in the future. Sardar and his young cousin came along to clean the small rental I was living in prior to return to the owners. Punctual, pleasant and professional - the job they did was outstanding!! Big recommend!!

I cannot reccomend highly enough. End of tenancy clean left the flat in better condition than when I moved in. Great value for money and girls were so friendly. Fantastic service!!!!

The cleaner was late so we were sceptical of how good her service would be. However, she did such an exceptional job. The house has never looked better and her attention to detail is exceptional! Everything was cleaned perfection! She even folded the towels in the bathroom to a hotel standard. 10 out of 10!

We needed cleaners prior to selling our late Dad's house. They were respectful of the condition of the house and made it look the best they possibly could. This included windows and a grimy oven. I would use them again.

The two young men were lovely very friendly and nice to mum. However they were over an hour late. They did a very nice job on the flat but it only took them two hours possibly because we were not made aware that every single thing to be cleaned had to be listed. To me a deep clean means pretty much everything. Although we were pleased, we feel that amount of money for two hours times two men is very expensive. I know the price is per job but if you work out the hourly rate it’s very high.

Very good professional service. They arrived earlier than expected which worked out better for me. Sardar and his colleague l did a really good job deep cleaning the bathroom and I would definitely use their service again.

Just fantastic! Would recommend Hello without hesitation for end of tenancy house cleaning. The team, led by Adam, worked for hours and the house was super clean. Adam was brilliant and knew exactly what was needed and where. Cannot praise them highly enough!

The cleaning service was spectacular

Used Hello Services for a "end of Tenancy" clean. I initially booked the wrong day and the customer service team were able to move it to the right day for me quickly which was appreciated. I had 2 cleaners arrive with their own equipment and I left them to it while I ran errands. They called me to let me know when they had 30 mins left to do so I could come back. When I checked the flat with the lady she pointed out all the work done and it was positively gleaming. I am very happy with the service. The oven looks brand new, all appliances were cleaned, carpet was cleaned well, windows were done as requested. Only negatives were that the company had not passed on my number to the team, so they were waiting at the car park gate for a while and it was only luck that I walked past and they asked if I was the person who had booked the clean (I had specifically said when booking that I would need to be called to let them in) and the app doesn't link up with any orders made outside of the app.

We needed some one urgently to clean my elderly parents flat. We all are very impressed with the customer service. Kitchen hood was very grease but they have done a good job, overall I have to give them 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in everything what ever I have asked for

Used this service for an end of tenancy agreement full clean. Two ladies did the clean to a fantastic standard not sure how they did everything in 2hours! Would have easily taken me days to do myself so well worthwhile.
