Excellent job done on thoroughly cleaning the house, team of 5 arrived, work done swiftly and professionally. Took off 1 point as they did not wear masks during lockdown. Otherwise, highly recommended! And organised at very short notice, thank you. A higher price than I expected to pay, no doubt, but in the end got what we needed, when we needed it, so therefore value for the money. Thank you LL and Ludwig and Hello Services team.

Vicki did an excellent job cleaning the house at the end of my tenancy, she was also very friendly and professional.

Vicky from Hello Services came to clean my 2 bed flat and did an utterly amazing job. Cleaned behind things, under things and left everything in place and spotless. She was polite, friendly, fast and efficient. She came with all the cleaning materials which was great. I’m really pleased and impressed with the quality of the clean and the friendliness of Vicky. Fantastic service from Hello and the cleaners however there were some small places which were missed that’s why I’m not giving more than 8. Nothing major just a side still dusty, missed door frame. All things I wiped down myself so no need to send anyone back. Also took a blind down and not put up again after the clean

Vicky did an excellent job cleaning the apartment. She arrived at exactly the time scheduled, with all the necessary equipment and worked hard all day to clean to an excellent standard. Excellent service. Booking process was very easy too through the Jobber tool.

Arrived early and was very efficient. Vlasta and her team did a great job cleaning after tenants left it in a right state.

The 2 cleaners were lovely and did a great job

I experienced a couple of issues but these were rectified quickly and efficiently. I was satisfied with the result. The cleaners were polite and non intrusive.

The whole process from start to finish was nice and easy. The clean was excellent, the two ladies, very professional and pleasant.

Friendly staff who carried out a great clean.

I had Tina and Jannette from JA Cleaning in Coventry and they did a fantastic job. They let me know when the previous appointment was running late and when they'd arrive, their time frame for how long it would take was accurate, they showed me which parts they weren't able to do on account of things like the floor being too old and even did parts I wasn't expecting like the boiler cupboard. They were friendly and professional and the place looks almost completely different, I would definitely recommend them.

My cleaner is Vlasta. She is friendly, very punctual and provides very good service.

The 2 gents who came and cleaned my property were life savers. Originally I was supposed to have someone turn up at 9am but they didnt. instead this new team were called and arrived only 2 hours later. Throughout the time spent cleaning I had some good conversations and a laugh. Despite them being sociable the level of work they carried out was top notch.

They did a great job. They gave the house a thorough clean.

Really good service - on time, friendly, and excellent cleaning.

They team did an excellent job of cleaning the property. There were a couple of areas that were missed under furniture that we found together, but overall they were excellent. I’ve used your company twice now and will do again in the future.

Excellent in every way! Speedy detailed quotation and very reasonable. They met the date we wanted the job doing even at short notice. Ludovic and his colleague were on time and worked very hard (from 10:30 am to 20:00 pm) and did a great job. If all Hello Services cleaners are as good as they were I would have no hesitation in recommending the Company to anyone!

Nicole and Marius did a good job of our flat, the bathroom was very clean and they got rid of all the water stains in the shower. Would recommend them.

Mine was a particularly hard clean, after a 16 residency, but Nicole and Marius got stuck in, and brought it all back to good as new. Many thanks guys, I know it was difficult. Cheers

Nicole and Marius were very punctual and did a great job with the cleaning. Ideally i expected the front of the house to be at least swept the floor which takes less than 5 minutes just to remove the main dust /eaves. Nonetheless I did it myself with Marius quickly. The windows and all other places of the house were properly cleaned in a timely manner. Many thanks to both and hello Services.

Great company and amazingly friendly people - pleasant to liaise with!!! Absolute recommendation as they understand customer's difficulty and try to create ease for you and to top it off, excellent cleaners.
