Diana and Alex carried out a deep clean for my property prior to new tenants arriving. The actually cleaning was superb and I would highly recommend them. The only downside was the office and booking system. The poor couple had to travel from Wimbledon to sidcup after waiting for the previous client to attend and were 2 and a half hours later than booked. However, Diana and Alex were extremely polite and apologetic and did a fantastic job.

We had our flat professionally cleaned for end of tenancy check out. When they finished, the flat seemed even newer than it was when we got the lease. Defiantly a wow factor finish. Punctual, professional, polite and great service. Highly recommend.

The team provided a great clean and were very friendly, providing great communication in adv of the booking. Would highly recommend and use again.

Nicole and Marius were absolutely amazing! We’d just bought a rather dirty house - the oven was AWFUL!!! Then Nicole and Marius arrived and totally transformed the house. Their attention to detail was amazing and every cm was cleaned. We now have a fab clean home. Thank you so much.

I hired Hello services for an end of tenancy cleaning. I was a bit concerned that they wouldn’t show because of what I’ve read on reviews. Now I’m glad I gave them an opportunity, they were friendly and flexible with timing. They replied to my questions in timely manner. Tutu and Alicia did a very good job, they are very professional. They gave me advise on products and tips to clean, I should have hired them earlier! I liked that the price quoted was final and that they didn’t charge for the cleaning products or materials. No surprises or extra charges.

Tuty and Alicia did a great job on an end of tenancy clean including machine cleaning of the carpets. They were very thorough and professional. My only quibble would be that I had asked for the external windows to be cleaned and it was not possible to do the first floor as there was no extender. Everything else was excellent.

Diana and Alex were so helpful doing an end of tenancy clean for me. The standard of clean was excellent. They got on efficiently and quietly and were very thoughtful about my working from home/managing to keep the noise down. Cost effective, quality clean. I would highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with Hello Services I have never seen a cooker look so clean it looked brand new and the carpet was spotless. The two young men that cleaned the flat were very polite and got stuck into cleaning straight away and worked tirelessly to make the flat look so beautiful. I would highly recommend this company.

Very good experience. House was filthy after lots of building works and previous owners not really looking after it (the bathroom was disgusting). After 4 hours of cleaning my house looks like a brand new home and smells clean again, no more dust/rubble and the bathroom looks so clean I could eat off the floor (I probably won't but I could). Very pleased and would highly recommend. Thanks

My cleaners Nicole, Marius and Irina were booked for 9 am, and arrived earlier, which was great, to be honest. Nicole kept a close contact, she said, finished by 12,and it was. The rooms were clean, all 3 were very very professional, showed everything told where the problems were, but finally all looked great. Furthermore, all 3 were very kind, and I really appreciated how all worked. I really can recommend them, all worked as planned! Thank you!

I booked a post builder clean 2 days in advance and found the booking process with hello services really easy. I was a little concerned about the quality of the cleaners from reading some of the reviews, and I didn't know how many people were going to turn up or how long it would take. But it was all fine when Nicole and Marius and another lady turned up. They called in advance to there was bad trafiic but they were only 10 mins late. We waljed round the house and talked about ehat needed to be done and then they got working. It was a hot day and they only stopped for 2 breaks over the 4 hours they were here (4 bed house). What impressed me was that they asked to show me certain things that had not been done properly by the builders (chipped paint, not painted properly etc). They take care and pride in what they do. Thank you to them. My only complaint I'd have about Hello services is they offer external window cleaning but they do not have ladders or long poles to clean upper floor windows. This is misleading. They can only clean the windows they have access too it can reach.
