The cleaners arrived on time and did a very good job. They worked very hard. Unfortunately, they damaged a blind in the bedroom and left without telling me. Fortunately my son was able to repair the blind. If they had told me about the blind I would have given them a 10!

The place was so clean, above what I expected, and the cleaners were super fast, super happy with the service and I’d definitely choose you guys again

I was very impressed with the way Hello dealt with my cleaning requirements from initial quote to actual clean. Mine was a last minute requirement which they were able to deal with although I couldn't be present on the day of the clean I was contacted on the morning to confirm what was required

Overall the service was ok. Had to have the cleaners back again and they dont have steaming apparatus which was needed for some of the tasks.

The cleaning team were efficient and thorough and overall did a good job. The missed out a few areas by accident but the rest they completed to a good standard. Arranging the service at such short notice with no fuss was also a great bonus and much appreciated in our circumstances. It would be helpful if you could notify the cleaning team that payment had been received so they didn't have to ask my mum for it again at the end.

The whole process has been very easy and the clean was excellent

My nephew had bought his 1st flat and excitedly we got the keys and stepped over the threshold only to find filth. Cat hair, waves and waves of it, tar from smoking, sticky dirty filth, grease, even cat hair in the fridge freezer! We did what we could but didnt scratch the surface. I found hello and was surprised at how easy it was to book a cleaning team. Our cleaning team made contact prior to the day, and when they arrived they were friendly, cheerful, and extremely hard working. They really know what they're doing and have a strong constitution! I would use them again, without a doubt.

Some spots where missed e.g mirror in bathroom not cleaned and water marks left on table. Cleaners where smoking and left cigarette butt in front garden. Apart from that very good clean would book again.

The two cleaners were hard working, polite, and cheerful. The booking method was easy and efficient.

Great cleaning but 44 mins late and didn’t stay 4 hours

I actually did not see the finished house after cleaning, but wanted to feed back on how brilliant communication was prior to the job being arranged. Also, the cleaner Vlasta was in touch throughout the day and went above and beyond with our particular circumstances. I was extremely impressed! If her cleaning is anything like her work ethic - it is impeccable! This seems like a company with a lot of integrity. Will definitely use again and highly recommend

This five star review is for Nicole and Marius who performed a miracle on the house that was left in a mess after the first cleaning team that was sent by Hello Services. We specifically booked end of builders clean which doesn’t mean a simple mop up, it requires extra effort and plenty of time. The first 2 guys were completely inadequate, didn’t have right tools and cleaning materials, and claimed they’ve done a good job. We complained to Hello Services about the standards and quality, and they sent us the team we wanted in the first place who turned everything around in 5 hours. Can’t thank Nicole and Marius enough and would only recommended them for any cleaning job! Thanks to Hello Services for rectifying the issues and responding positively.

You arrived on time as arranged and managed to clean accessible areas of the house, despite the conditions in the house, no hot water and a builder in the midst to allow me to come home for isolation from abroad. I appreciate being able to rely on your service.

The cleaning was great but not the tech devices . Keep getting invoices to pay for the cleaning which I’ve already paid . The online tech services were slow unhelpful and at times rude .

Quite expensive, however, very flexible. The service provided was very good, although the dishwasher wasn't cleaned properly and i had to remind them to do the windows abd wipe down some surfaces. Overall excellent level of cleaning though and lovely, friendly service. Also, was promised a cleaning certificate i can send to the landlords and have yet to receive this. Please send asap Thank you!
