The team who came to our house were absolutely fantastic. The house was looking like a disaster zone, and they really did a great job. I never thought it would look clean again, but the team worked really hard whilst they were at the property. Thank you for your help.

Hi what a fantastic job your cleaner has done turned up very prompt the only snag was I was quoted for all my windows done but turned up with no ladders so just did downstairs I wasn’t bothered cause she knocked £25 pounds off the price once again thank you Vlasta 👍👍👍👍 great job

Great contact throughout, and the team carrying out the clean did a fantastic job.

I might be mistaken but i believed the fridge and freezer would be cleaned as long as they were emptied and defrosted as per the invoice but when the cleaners came they said we had to pay extra for that so I cleaned them myself before the cleaners started. Would be good to know if that is correct or not

The invoice and payment is very straight forward. The list of criteria was very clear. Cleaners came on time and very friendly. Found a few marks which were missed on the cupboard tops and skirting board but overall very happy with the clean. Will recommend and use again. Many thanks

Forgot to clean cobwebs in the upstairs landing

During a stressful house-move, Hello Services cleaners made this part extremely easy with their excellent communication (always emailed me straight back and accommodated my requests) and fantastic cleaning job which left the property sparkling. The cleaners were friendly and professional, sending us photos of the job once they finished, and we trusted them. Would definitely use again and highly recommend, thank you!

Really good service and we are very happy with quality of cleaning - only minor things is that bleach was spilt on our bath and toilet mats which I have had to throw away - not a big problem but maybe a little more care required with bleach! :-)

Friendly staff, great cleaning, competitive rates! My cleaner Ana and her assistant were really friendly, polite and did a fantastic job. I was having to teach online in one room and they were incredibly accommodating and respectful. They were also very aware of social distancing and wore face masks. Adriana and her team called to see if they could arrive earlier, no problem for us. 3.5 hours later and a lot of hard work by her team the house was cleaner than its ever been.

My mother's house was getting in a bit of a state so we decided to get it deep cleaned. Ana and her 3 colleagues from Hello Services worked really hard and transformed the place. Really pleased.

Got this company in to clean a friend's flat who'd just come out of hospital. They were fantastic! Ana was so lovely and friendly and they did a brilliant job, my friend was very happy and will definitely use them again. I'd highly recommend them.

I am extremely satisfy with the work done on "9A Napier Street S118HA", However my tenancy Agent have to review and I hope there will not be any major correction from them on cleaning. Ludvik and team were done good job, so I am putting 9 rating for their service. Just FYI, I am not comfortable on s23QX service which is my first cleaning service I took from you but second service at "9A Napier Street, S118HA" change my mind positively on Hello service Ltd and I am will recommend to other friends and colleagues

Really pleased with the clean done. 3 hard working ladies showed up to my house and gave it a good clean after building work that was much needed. The only negative was that they expected cash on completion of the job and I had already paid on card the day before so feel that should have been communicated to them in advance by Hello Services.

Really easy to book. Quick response with a suitable date. Friendly and helpful by email and phone. A really thorough cleaning was done by friendly staff.

Great service from the cleaners. However, I was misquoted how the extrnal windows are counted, this was not explained, so I ended up paying more than originallly agreed.

The house smelt lovely and fresh and the cleaners were very professional.

Easy to book, change any details and pay. Great service overall. In terms of cleaners, the first guys change the time of the cleaning on the day before and didn't do a great job. While the second time (different guys) were on time, very friendly and did a great job.

They were very communicative about when they were arriving and when they were finishing. Did a great job of cleaning everything thoroughly, cost effective and were friendly. I would note that there was little consideration for covid protective measures - no masks, no distancing and hand shakes.
