Excellent service and communication.I was attended to my Anna. Great service, very friendly and she does exactly wht you want . Very happy with my service ,they kept the place very clean and nice and and I will definitely be using them again.

Aside from missing one little window, they did a fantastic job. Very polite friendly. And efficient 10/10 would recommend.

I had to get them to re do the wood floors and they did not come with the proper equipment to clean the windows They were helpful and worked hard They scratched my newly stained wood floor moving a fridge

Thorough clean and friendly team

Overall the cleaning service was done to a professional standard throughout. We have some minor issues told by the agency: - kitchen - some burnt on grease around the far right hand side ring; - bathroom (with the bathtub) - several cobwebs around the edges of the ceiling. For these issues, maybe a second visit is required. We'll let you know. Thank you.

Vlasta was great. Arrived on time, transparent and easy to speak to. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept in contact with me throughout. The clean was good too, considering how much dust there was! Be careful what you book for with the company though. For example, don’t select exterior windows as the cleaners aren’t able to bring/use ladders due to risk assessment so it is a waste of money.

Hello Services for move out cleaning was used and it was professional and tidy. We are satisfied with their service.

Amazing. I was impressed by the careful cleaning of every detail. For example, I was really surprised that the inside of the shelves and the inside of the microwave were cleaned cleanly. Fabulous. Left my flat absolutely sparkling- couldn’t be happier!

Brilliant. This flat had corners that cannot have been cleaned for nearly forty years. Dust and grim everywhere. What a miracle; Charles and Theodora did even more than was expected and the flat looked wonderful by the time they left. I have never had cleaners before and would recommend them with no hesitation. I was very lucky.
