Cleaning was very good, cleaners polite and hard working. The arranged time of 0930 was not met; arrived c. 11.00 after a series of confusing telephone calls. Stated by the cleaners on Staff shortage. Phoning your central number was told somewhat abruptly that I had agreed the later arrival time with the cleaners, which was simply not correct - I had made no such agreement.

your staff worked for eight hours non stop, cleaning every surface, to the highest standard. The house no longer smells of cigarette smoke, the bathrooms are useable and your staff cleared up all their used cloths, bottles etc. In all a very good experience.

This was a one - off intensive clean and I was really impressed by all aspects of this service. I found the company both friendly and professional to deal with and the four cleaners who arrived promptly -immediately getting down to work- did an excellent job.
