I recently had an end of tenancy clean carried out by Mathew and a team of two others. The job was carried out efficiently, working off a very thorough and clear list which I liked, as it covered everything our tenancy agreement required. The team came with all of their own equipment including a machine for steam cleaning of the carpets, as the company which I opted to include. I’m sure I will be able to get my full deposit back thanks to Mathew’s help.

We booked Hello Services to clean our new property before moving in. They were very accommodating of our changing completion dates and completed work to a high standard throughout. We booked cleaning services for bathroom, kitchen including specific appliances, bedrooms and living spaces. The appliances, kitchen and bathroom were gleaming ^_^

Great service. Cleaners were early and left the flat cleaner than when we moved in.

The staff were very nice and dedicated to get the work perfectly done, they asked me what I wanted exactly and I told them in which they did not reject my requests. This is the best cleaning company I have tried so far in the UK.

What a fantastic job the staff at Hello Cleaners did on our End of Tenancy Clean. We were slightly concerned that the clean wouldn’t be to a high standard, but after the job was completed we can honestly say that our concern was unwarranted. The whole place was absolutely cleaned to the last detail as they say “ they did what it says on the tin”. The staff were very thorough and professional nothing left undone, we are so happy with the results and how easy the booking process was. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Company to anyone who is looking for an affordable End of Tenancy Clean. Great job and thank you to all at Hello Clean.

Quick response to get a quote, which was laid out thoroughly and was a fair price. Good communication throughout and got booked in for when I wanted to get the cleaning done. The cleaners then communicated with an ETA for their arrival, they worked tremendously hard when they arrived and did a great job. Would recommend and would use again. Thank you

Amazing cleaners! Reliable and very punctual, the house smelt wonderful after which I never thought would be possible! And the boys were there all day literally !the cleaners were Friendly, kind and polite I had no worries about them being in the property absolutely delighted and soo glad we went with them thank you !

The overall clean was excellent and completed in good time. Very polite and helpful in clearing out the property at the end of the lease. They had car trouble and were late, however, they updated me the evening before to rearrange the time and were very apologetic

Precious and her team were excellent, very thorough, worked really hard and even arrived early to get started. For a whole house deep clean, would definitely recommend. They brought all their own products, the carpets were deep cleaned and all cupboards were left impeccable.

I have paid, for a cleaner after builder. And I have had a lot more then that. This cleaner named: Matthew came with his team, and done a wonderful job. I am super happy with the result, super satisfied. I recommend!

Rob was super friendly, enthusiastic and hard working. Rob came out last minute on a Sunday to clean my new home as I didn’t know where to start, it was that filthy. He had the house sparkling in no time. Deep cleaned the carpets, the floors, kitchen. It looked and felt great. I would highly recommend this company 10/10

Having moved into our first home together as a couple, i was disgusted with the state of the house left by the previous owner. As much as I tried, the cleaning was too much. I googled and found 'Hello Services Ltd'. Customer Service was excellent, I was kept informed and their website was excellent and easy to navigate. I told them about the house and the state the kitchen was left in by the previous owner. I could not great them on the day they arrived due to work so my husband met them at the house and they did an excellent job. At last I can enjoy my home. Hello Services Ltd staff gave my house the deep clean I requested and exceeded my expectation. The house smells so much better especially the kitchen as it previously had a wet dog stench left by the previous owner. I was so embarrassed by this as it was not my doing but the previous owners doing but Hello Service Ltd staff appeared unfazed which was what made the experience even better If anyone wants their house cleaned, contact Hello Services Lrd. They are professional, friendly, courteous and they will get the job to an excellent/high standard. Found this wonderful company after searching the internet for a deep cleaning service. What a great find. Everything was arranged via email, all the jobs I wanted doing were logged and returned to me within hours. I booked a date and time and made payment by Bank Transfer the day before. A team of employees arrived on time and quickly got to work. They were friendly, professional and very thorough with the cleaning. They had brought their own products and cleaning equipment. On returning to the flat I was very impressed, the main bedroom was cleaned to high standards and ready to have the new bed due to be delivered on Friday. The bathroom was outstanding and cleaned superbly. I had to leave but feedback from my daughter was overall excellent for the rest of her flat. A grand job .

Mathew was punctual to carry out the end of tenancy clean, and he did a very good job to the rugs, bathroom and oven. He was very friendly and polite too.

Chris and his colleague were excellent. Very thorough and great attention to detail. The left the house spotless. There were even areas that I thought were too soiled, but they managed to clean these.

Yousuf and Zahar were punctual and keen to get started. The flat is empty as we're moving in next week and really only required a spring clean plus window clean. I had paid extra for a hob and oven clean. I left them to it and was very happy with the end result. They both did a great job and were also very friendly.

Nelson & helper were very pleasant & did a systematic & thorough clean down of my ex rental house, working way down & spending lots of time in each area. All major areas cleaned & looks like new. Great job & very neat/cleaned up at end.

I used Hello Services Ltd for an end of Tenancy clean this weekend. The booking process was quick and easy via email. The Cleaners attended on time and did an excellent job including making sure the whole house looked as good as new. Mustafa went far and beyond, deep clean and very fast. I wasn’t too sure what to expect but bow i know, who to call for a job. Recommend him for all sorts of carpets; even Persian rugs!
