Amazing. I was impressed by the careful cleaning of every detail. For example, I was really surprised that the inside of the shelves and the inside of the microwave were cleaned cleanly. Great service from the cleaners. However, I was misquoted how the extrnal windows are counted, this was not explained, so I ended up paying more than originallly agreed.

Great end of tenancy clean!

The team did an amazing clean, leaving our rental flat sparkling and cleaner than when we arrived. It was a very easy process from booking to the clean being taken out. The clean was very thorough and they even got rid of the mold that was being contested with the Landlord. This service has provided us with every chance of a returned deposit. Highly recommend.

The team, consisting of Nicole, Mariusz and Violeta, evinced exceptional efficiency, professionalism, speed and friendliness. We are delighted with the outcome of their comprehensive deep-cleaning performance and have decided to have Hello Services provide staff for our regular domestic cleaning on a fixed basis from now on. We booked a whole house cleaning for a new property. Diana and Alex called ahead to let me know they were on their way - this was great as I could prepare for their arrival. They cleaned everything perfectly - bathroom surfaces were shining, skirting and windows were “like new” and the carpets were deep cleaned and felt much better than before. Wood floors mopped and all the grime was gone. They left no mess and I was happy to leave them alone to get on with things, I could see they were hard working, attentive and also friendly. I would defo use them again and would not hesitate to recommend Diana and Alex absolutely.

Had an above and beyond experience with our cleaners, Diana and Alex. They were honest, professional, friendly, and did an amazing job with what they were tasked with. When moving house I’d always assume that there would be the odd cupboard or bathroom that would be filthy, but not an entire 4 bedroom house like what we moved into. They made brown stained carpets look beige again, and the bathrooms and kitchen spotless. I cannot sing their praises more and highly recommend this team of superstars to anyone that needs their place to sparkle!
