Found this wonderful company after searching the internet for a deep cleaning service. What a great find. Everything was arranged via email, all the jobs I wanted doing were logged and returned to me within hours. I booked a date and time and made payment by Bank Transfer the day before. A team of employees arrived on time and quickly got to work. They were friendly, professional and very thorough with the cleaning. They had brought their own products and cleaning equipment. On returning to the flat I was very impressed, the main bedroom was cleaned to high standards and ready to have the new bed due to be delivered on Friday. The bathroom was outstanding and cleaned superbly. I had to leave but feedback from my daughter was overall excellent for the rest of her flat. A grand job .

Mathew was punctual to carry out the end of tenancy clean, and he did a very good job to the rugs, bathroom and oven. He was very friendly and polite too.

Yousuf and Zahar were punctual and keen to get started. The flat is empty as we're moving in next week and really only required a spring clean plus window clean. I had paid extra for a hob and oven clean. I left them to it and was very happy with the end result. They both did a great job and were also very friendly.

We were looking for a post building work deep clean and dust of our house. Hello Services were easy and straightforward to get quote from, book and to deal with throughout. I wasn’t home during their visit and on getting back, I wasn’t completely satisfied with some of the initial cleaning of some of our awkward flooring. Hello Services sent a team to redo the problem areas free of charge. Very happy customer, great value for money service.

Zaher and Yousuf were very helpful and cheerful, very thorough cleaning and were very accommodating to our requirements. Very high level of professionalism and great clean.

Great service, although there was a misunderstanding about what to do with a mattress cover. It almost got thrown out but it came with the flat.

Nasreldin did a amazing job on my carpets and mattress went above and beyond had moved house and carpets very dirty my house was shining he hoovered shampooed and was polite professional thank you I have ashma so slept well after my new home was brought back too life.

We have not seen the final outcome of the service as we relocated abroad but we assume it must have been really good as our landlady decided to give us back full deposit;) thank you very much for your professional service.

I had such a great experience with mustapha agha he cleaned my flat so amazingly and he was very detailed left my kitchen, bathroom, fridge freezer, living space absolutely clean! Would most definitely recommend them to anyone.

Had a post builder clean done by nsar, while he came by himself was extremely thorough, the bathrooms were spotless and the windows as well. Great attention to detail and diligent. Appreciate all his hard work.

Neish and his team did an amazing job of cleaning inside and outside my house, it was very much needed after having a lot of house guests over Christmas and New Year. Neish get me fully updated along the way and went beyond my expectations doing a lot more than I had asked for. Highly recommend Neish and will definitely be using again

The 2 cleaners who cleaned my flat did a fantastic job. They were very professional and polite. They did above and beyond what I expected. Every surface in my flat was cleaned.....even the toaster!

Team Dara from Hello Services done my end of tenancy clean today and all I can say is wow. Firstly they are such lovely people, I felt so at ease with them and secondly, they cleaned the house so well! Very happy with the contact from the company to arrange the clean and making changes was easy. They accommodated a booking made within a few days too. Very happy with their service.

Matthew cleaned the house to a perfect standard as it was in need of a thorough clean, nothing was too much for him and he kept me informed of timings throughout.

Dara and his team were absolutely fantastic! Initially I felt apprehensive as have not used this company before but i was quickly put at ease. They were professional, friendly, skilled and incredibly thorough. Overall, they left my property in an excellent state and I highly recommend them. Thanks guys

Today, three pleasant guys turned up and did a thorough cleaning job on our ex rental property. Everything was done to a high standard - nothing was missed. I will definitely use them again if I need a cleaning job doing.

We got sent the best crew we could get! Dara and his team were really professional, very thorough and they didn’t stop until the job was done to perfection! That oven that our evicted tenant left… I thought I had to buy a new one. The sofa smells like flowers now… too many things to share but they are all positive. All I can say is that this company goes the extra mile for its clients. Hello Services did an end of tenancy clean for me and left the annexe spotlessly clean. They provided a written report attesting to the cleanliness and perfect condition of the premises. This came in good use when disputing a damage claim. Sometimes it is best to pay a little extra for extra special service. Thank you to Waqas and Simon and the cleaning team.

Had Rosedale Cleaning come in today from Hello Services (Lincs). Amazing trio. Hard working, great cleaning and quite lovely people. What they’ve done is make me happy! Hannah cleaned out house when we sold it. It was a 5 bed, 3 storey house with 3 bedrooms. Hannah and her colleagues were not only such lovely ladies, they did an amazing job. For the size of the property the price was amazing as was the cleaning. I would absolutely recommend. Thanks Hannah.

I recently used Hello Services to have my late mother’s house deep cleaned. Hello Services sent a husband and wife team, they were absolutely delightful, worked so hard and did a fantastic job leaving the house so clean and fresh - the oven was sparkling clean! I would definitely use Hello Services again.

I came to check on my house after the tenants that left and was horrified by the mess they'd left! I don't think they'd cleaned once in four years - everything was just sticky and awful. I booked Hello for an end-of-tenancy clean. Nervous because of previous bad experiences with other cleaning agencies, I was relieved when Hannah contacted me directly to confirm everything ahead of time. She and another cleaner arrived exactly on time and did a tremendous job getting the house back to a liveable state! They were quick and efficient, had all materials ready to use, and made such a huge difference.

Hannah and Charlotte both did an amazing job on our deep clean. My partner and I was anxious of the state of our house and didn't want to hire someone but they both came in, assessed the job and got to work. Friendly people, completed the job fast and to a great standard would always recommend 😁

Had an end of tenancy clean done and overall the service was great by the team that came out to do it. Windows were super clean and all done within 3 hrs. Only problem was with payment as they were a bit slow to acknowledge that I had paid and so had speak to them on the day to chase it and get my reciept.

Hannah and her team did an “end of tenancy” clean for me in mid March 2023. Her services were top quality. She collected the keys from me on time and did a fantastic job at the old property. She even sent me photos after the job was done. I got back my full security deposit for the old tenancy, so that speaks volumes. I would not hesitate to recommend Hannah to anyone who is looking for an efficient and friendly cleaning crew. Highly recommended.
