Satisfy with the service. Hassan did the job very well,much appreciated. One suggestion: One staff for cleaning is not enough to handle the workload, atleast two people should be allocated for the job. It's a 1.5 or 2 hrs job maximum but due to one cleaner is extended for an hour more. Also, it's not healthy to place a workload on a single person. I would be interested to see at least two people for my house next time please. Thank you

The team Done an amazing job were friendly and professional - they done over and above and left the place sparkling clean would highly recommend

the service was excellent and the person doing the cleaning was very interesting talking of his own country of Sudan. The only problem was that sometimes it was difficult to make out what he was saying

The flat is absolutely spotless, they did an amazing job and were so friendly and thoughtful. Can’t believe how clean it is, and the rugs and sofas also look better than they ever have. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The team that came to do the end of tenancy clean my flat was punctual, friendly, and did a great job resetting my flat to move in condition after 3 years of living there! Had absolutely no issues and they even managed to clean out my oven and make it sparkling again which I’d tried on my own multiple times to no avail. Great service!

Did things I didn't even ask for eg changing a light bulb which was really kind. Place was left in great condition and the cleaning team were friendly. Great service, great job - thank you!

The cleaners worked diligently, and mad a superb job of cleaning the flat.

The team turned up on time, calling me to advise of their arrival, they were friendly and polite. They then called when they were finished so i could check all was ok. The house was sparkling! I would happily use them again

The admin team were so responsive and speedy - really great communication to book/add on services. Then the cleaning duo Team Yamba were amazing! Arrived exactly on time, listened carefully to some of the complexities of the clean, and followed all instructions. Advised the best approach to cleaning the sofa given how filthy it was. Would definitely recommend and use again.

They were professional, easy and helpful to work with. They advised me on the work required and the estimated time to complete it. They even managed to do a very tough oil stain from kitchen cabinet tops. This was impossible for me to clean. Would be happy to recommend them anytime.

The service was excellent. Zack and his transfer teammate were knowledgeable, they knew what to clean, how to clean. They had all the equipments, they were on time. And the cleaning was very much satisfactory. And this service is not that expensive either. I would recommend this.

The team did a great job and were thorough and efficient. I have closley considered whether to raise this rather sensitive issue but on balance thought as a business you would like to know. With the exception of the team leader, the other 3 cleaners had strong body odour (which i realise will be partly down to the physical nature of the job however I felt the strength of the odour was more than this and quite unpleasant) Secondly (and again not a major issue) when offered and accepting drinks and snacks (whilst i realise their English was not good which is fine) they should be taught simple words like thank you. Overall very pleased with the service. Thanks Kathryn
