I ordered an end-of-tenancy cleaning from the company, initially because I didn't need to guess how much I'm going to pay. Their website was clear, with great pricing for different jobs and it was really helpful. They did not disappoint. The communication was great, Olu's team was quick and professional, I can only say good things about the whole experience. Unfortunately I don't have photos to add as we don't live there and handed the keys back to the agency, but they did an excellent job.

We had a team of two come round to complete an end of tenancy clean. They did a fantastic and thorough job, working around furnitures and the last few boxes and suitcases we had in the flat and being very considerate while I worked from home during the clean. Would definitely recommend the service!

We did an end of tenancy cleaning service with Hello cleaners last month at Camden. The team was very professional right from booking to completion. Dhaval and team did an excellent job, and the cleaning quality especially of carpets and wooden flooring was of a very high standard. Highly recommended!

Totally Amazing, and highly reccomend. Booked fairly last minute for daughters end of tenancy clean. From start to finish, booking process easy, great communication, friendly service, and Denise and Bogdan who did the cleaning were fantastic, really lovely people and results Amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, they were also caring and understanding. Price very good too. Without doubt would use again.

I needed an end of tenancy clean for the next day and they were happy to provide a cleaning service. It was easy to choose what kind of service I wanted and any areas of focus. Adriana and Constantin were very polite and did a great job cleaning a 2 bed house! Especially as they were working in 30 degree heat. My landlord was happy with the results. Would recommend, especially if you are looking for something late notice.

Very good service would recommend this company the young man that came round. I'm sorry I don't know his name but he did A fantastic job. The place is spotless. I can't show you pictures cuz we can't get back in the accommodation but we are so happy. We paid £200 and it was worth it If you need an end of tenancy clean or any other clean then please call this company. They are fantastic. Very helpful, very prompt.

I first used their service two years ago for the end of tenancy cleaning of my flat in Edinburgh, where I had lived for six years. I was quite nervous, as the property had been occupied for a long time, but HelloService delivered a very high standard of cleaning. The end of tenancy inspection was passed at the first attempt, and both my landlord and I were very satisfied with the result. I was genuinely impressed. More recently, when I needed an end of tenancy clean for my flat in Cambridge, I did not hesitate to contact HelloService again. I was pleased that they still had my records and even offered a returning customer discount. Although the price was slightly higher than before, I was happy to proceed given my previous experience, especially as they provide a seven-day guarantee, which not many companies offer. While the first team did not fully meet the expected standard, the company responded quickly and arranged a re-clean the very next day. I really appreciated this prompt response. Denisse and her team in Cambridge delivered an excellent service. They carefully followed the checkout report, addressed all the issues in detail and carried out a thorough clean across the entire flat. The overall standard was very high and the property is now in very good condition. I truly appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness and reliability of the company. I also enquired about a regular monthly cleaning service and, although this is not something they currently offer, I would certainly have considered using them for this as well. This is not the first time I have used HelloService and my experience has consistently been positive. I would highly recommend their services and would happily use them again in the future.

Fantastic service! I booked an End of Tenancy clean - online booking was easy, with a live update quote as you add/remove services so you can track the cost. Great communication confirming booking, and reminders sent in advance. Teodora arrived on time, was friendly and extremely thorough in cleaning (much better than other EoT services I have used with other companies). Highly recommend!

Constantin and his team of ladies from “Hello Services”, completed an “end of tenancy” clean for us today in Hylton Road Worcester. I cannot recommend highly enough this team and the company as well, their attention to detail was exceptional, and they completed it to a much higher quality level than I thought they could ever achieve, after 4 years of a lot of furniture not being moved. A few nasty wine stains, and discolouration between where the sofas were, rugs down, all miraculously disappeared 😊. …. The price for cleaning a 3 bedroom house was well worth it … it would have taken me days to get nowhere near their quality … real professionals. The landlord is happy as well, as he has only a little bit if painting to do, and doesn’t have to worry about the cleaning. Thanks again Constantin, and thank your ladies as well 👍👍

Myself and my flatmate had a great service provided by Joel and Rob for an End of Tenancy Clean on our 2-bed 2-bath flat that we were moving out of. They left the flat amazingly clean, with cupboards cleaned, under the beds clean and all sides wiped down. They did a great job on the oven and hob, both of which were very heavily stained - it looked brand new after! The photo quality isn’t great as we were moving out immediately after the clean so these are screenshots from a video but would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

This is the first time I have ever worked with professionals for cleaning service - and Hello Services were wonderful! It's great to get to work with fellow migrants in the area. I worked with MAGDA and KINGA for my end-of-tenancy cleaning. They were lovely and friendly, full of smiles. They have of course made the flat I am moving out of look and smell amazing. The communications processes were also so friendly - Magda phoned me to share timings, so did ISABELLE when I had to change the appointment. The website is simple to use, transparent, with clear breakdown of costs etc etc. Thank you and I'll definitely work with you again if I have the opportunity to do so!

I had a end of tenancy clean with i Mustafa Agha - great guy, great price (1bed flat with bathroom, kitchen) - they did the job in about 3 hours, deep clean etc. Turned up on time,very punctual, i had grease marks on the electric hob they managed to get rid off, the oven looks brand new, the flat now looks sparkly clean.

Hello Services did my end of tenancy clean in Cheltenham this past week (May 2025). Extremely happy with everything. The booking process is simple (literally pick and choose things, add them to your cart, get a quote, and adjust from there as you need). The cleaners arrived on time and were all pleasant and friendly. They were extremely flexible and understanding with having to move their vehicle for my neighbours (I live in a weird area, it's impossible not to block someone in at any given time). The house looked spectacular, and they reiterated that if anything wasn't right they'd redo it or come back and redo it if the inspection said otherwise. Excellent experience all around.

Booked both a moving van and a deep end-of-tenancy clean with Hello and both were brilliant 👏 The moving van arrived a few minutes early so that it was ready to start loading at the agreed time. The driver was super open - he let me know when he arrived at the destination and sent a screenshot of the finished timer when the unloading was complete, plus video called to show the empty van and my storage unit with all of the boxes - great peace of mind. The cleaners were also brilliant - the apartment is cleaner than when I moved in. Great attention to detail, very thorough!

Super professional and efficient cleaners! Hired them for an end of tenancy cleaning so that I wouldn’t have to worry about it and the crew showed up promptly, communicated well, and cracked on with the cleaning. Highly recommend if you want it done without fusses. The quality of their end of tenancy cleaning is amazing. I had some problematic roommates so the kitchen was a mess. Hello service staffs were so pleasant to talk to, and they were able to clean up old stains that were there when we moved in - I thought those were wears. Couldn't recommend more. Due to some cancellations from other companies, I needed a same day job. Spoke to Michael on the phone after a quick callback from my online enquiry and he was very helpful setting up a booking later that afternoon. Nader and his colleague Kalita arrived at the agreed time, came well-equipped and did an end of tenancy job in good time. I appreciated the text reminders which assured me the job was confirmed and going ahead. Standard was professional and delivery respectful, friendly and efficient. Mike and his team, based in the west country, did a fantastic job on my elderly parents in law flat. It was an end of tenancy clean and they were professional, courteous and meticulous in their work. Unfortunately, we were so tied up with other things, we didn't take photos, but Mike did. If you are lucky enough to have this team, they will do a good job for you.

Great end of tenancy clean. Cleaned to a very high standard, and all communication was kind and clear. Would recommend. Just be aware that the clean doesn't automatically include the kitchen, hallways or living room (which I didn't realise) - these are an extra charge and you have to book them in advance.

I was extremely impressed with Iasmina & Radu, they arrived at the booked time & I left them to it, they kindly gave me a call to confirm when they would finish so I could get back to them promptly. Not only was the whole house gleaming but it also smelled beautiful. They were friendly, professional people & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Ismael and Ali cleaned the house at the end of tenancy. Although they arrived a bit later that scheduled (partly because of difficulty in finding the property) they worked efficiently and quickly and the house was ready in a 3 hours. They were a very friendly and amiable pair of workers.
