  The tenants left the property extremely dirty and unhygienic, but the “GLOUCESTER” ( Ali) cleaning team did an excellent job. They worked really hard and left the home spotless. Very impressed with their service!

  The end of tenancy clean was easy and straight forward to book. The team did a great job for the most part except for a two areas, but the team was swift in addressing my concerns as I highlighted them. Overall, David and his team did a great job and were friendly throughout!

  xception were strewn about the desk with no effort to return them to 'roughly thier original location. I am disabled and it takes me a while to re-arrange such items, and upon moving them, the desk was not cleaned properly. But.. as a deep clean experience, only the lounge let them down so a solid 3.5 star and I would recommend Hello Services.

  lot to do. They did very well and most things were done to a good standard. On closer inspection, after they left, there were some places that were missed but I feel this was just because they had a lot to do and still needed to drive 2 hours home so were rushed. Thank you for your hard work.

  e skirting behind headboard and bedside cabinet and that had been missed too. However I'm not sure if under the mattress and behind the headboard is included. I would have pulled the mattress off and pulled the bed out if I had known so you could have got to it . Not to worry I ran the hoover behind it quick enough. Still very happy as it saved me a lot of hassle just before Christmas. Thank you

  te, a subcontractor I'd guess which is fair enough. Had a domestic grade Vax to clean two small carpets, he was nice, did what he could with what he had. Off the shelf laundry products were used as apparently carpet cleaning solutions don't work, I was expecting a professional grade steam cleaning machine, which probably would have done it better. The carpets do look cleaner and landlord has agreed it will suffice for a return of deposit. So in terms of that, job is done. You get what you pay for though, as is the saying. Not overly impressed but people need to be paid for their time so I'll leave it at that and move on. Don't expect me to use this service again though.

  agency charged us £50 for the remaining bits to be cleaned. I spoke with Hello services and they offered to refund me £50 which my agency took. So it effectively costed me nothing, but it could have been dealt with by having the clean done correctly. Overall for the service i received I was happy, however I do believe they charged more than its worth. I basically paid someone £85 an hour. But overall, if I needed this or that doing I would consider again as they offer much cheaper rates then everywhere else.
