We had a hassle free cleaning. They came to the house with all the required things and did the job. I recommend this cleaning service to someone who needs a house deep cleaning to be done without a hassle.

service to make sure that photos are obtained in order to give more accurate quotes. Also when asked to describe the “condition” of the areas, more detail is required as to what each category (good, average, poor etc) actually means. On a more positive note, communication with this company was very good, and I’m very happy with the end result. hussein and his co worker pulled off a miracle cleaning my house, they were very thorough and were there a very long time making sure everything was done. Thank you both!

Very very good! They cleaned everything top to bottom not had any issues at all! The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because of the price, bit expensive

I was going to leave a 3 star score
xception were strewn about the desk with no effort to return them to 'roughly thier original location. I am disabled and it takes me a while to re-arrange such items, and upon moving them, the desk was not cleaned properly. But.. as a deep clean experience, only the lounge let them down so a solid 3.5 star and I would recommend Hello Services.

were not high standard enough to tackle heavy grease or mould easily, which extended the cleaning time well past the original estimate, some small details were left out a result, some of my key aspects (e.g. mouldy smell in bathroom) hasn't been fully solved, and a few cleaning marks were left (e.g. on kitchen worktop. The cleaners themselves deserve full credit for their effort, but the company really needs to invest in premium tools/products so their staff can deliver the higher-quality results they are clearly capable of.

Gloucester team saved the day!
lot to do. They did very well and most things were done to a good standard. On closer inspection, after they left, there were some places that were missed but I feel this was just because they had a lot to do and still needed to drive 2 hours home so were rushed. Thank you for your hard work.

The guys that came worked very hard! I was pleased with the overall result. However when the guys had finished they were sat waiting to go home for over an hour! I didn’t think that was very professional.

what could and couldn’t be cleaned. For example, they pointed out that some stains on the walls couldn’t be washed without removing the paint, as it wasn’t washable paint, and that certain areas with wallpaper required careful handling. I appreciated their honesty and professional observations, and I agreed to the work as advised. They completed the job to a high standard. The quote was also very reasonable—just under £300, whereas some other companies quoted over £3,000. Overall, I’m very pleased with their service!
