Hello Services did my end of tenancy clean in Cheltenham this past week (May 2025). Extremely happy with everything. The booking process is simple (literally pick and choose things, add them to your cart, get a quote, and adjust from there as you need). The cleaners arrived on time and were all pleasant and friendly. They were extremely flexible and understanding with having to move their vehicle for my neighbours (I live in a weird area, it's impossible not to block someone in at any given time). The house looked spectacular, and they reiterated that if anything wasn't right they'd redo it or come back and redo it if the inspection said otherwise. Excellent experience all around.

Booked both a moving van and a deep end-of-tenancy clean with Hello and both were brilliant 👏 The moving van arrived a few minutes early so that it was ready to start loading at the agreed time. The driver was super open - he let me know when he arrived at the destination and sent a screenshot of the finished timer when the unloading was complete, plus video called to show the empty van and my storage unit with all of the boxes - great peace of mind. The cleaners were also brilliant - the apartment is cleaner than when I moved in. Great attention to detail, very thorough!

We would like to say huge thank you to Alina and the team who did an excellent job with end of tenancy cleaning of the 4 bedroom house. We did not expect that much attention to detail, nothing was a problem and they were friendly and professional. The house needed a lot of attention and we were left speechless of the magic they did with it in just a few hours. They truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Super professional and efficient cleaners! Hired them for an end of tenancy cleaning so that I wouldn’t have to worry about it and the crew showed up promptly, communicated well, and cracked on with the cleaning. They managed to get my flat back to move in condition and were all very friendly. Even managed to clean the oven that I’d struggled to clean in the past! Great service, would definitely recommend.

Ludovic and his colleague did a fantastic end of tenancy job on our house in Huddersfield. They worked so hard and it looked immaculate when they had finished. Ludovic even discovered a small leak in the kitchen and reported it to us - I couldn't have been any happier with their work. My whole experience with Hello Services was very positive from their detailed and very reasonable estimate to their ability to take on the work at short notice on the day and time we asked for. Ismael and Ali were beyond fantastic - everything was left spotless including the oven which was absolutely filthy. Highly recommend if you want it done without fusses. The quality of their end of tenancy cleaning is amazing. I had some problematic roommates so the kitchen was a mess. Hello service staffs were so pleasant to talk to, and they were able to clean up old stains that were there when we moved in - I thought those were wears. The communication was also very efficient and they reply fast. For reference, this is the service in Cambridge.

End of tenancy house cleaning , the two guys which cleaned the house were amazing it was a big house 5 bedroom and a garage, I was so impressed with them I couldn't have asked for anything more , very polite thank you guys you did a amazing job 😀

Couldn't recommend more. Due to some cancellations from other companies, I needed a same day job. Spoke to Michael on the phone after a quick callback from my online enquiry and he was very helpful setting up a booking later that afternoon. Nader and his colleague Kalita arrived at the agreed time, came well-equipped and did an end of tenancy job in good time. I appreciated the text reminders which assured me the job was confirmed and going ahead. Standard was professional and delivery respectful, friendly and efficient. Result was cleaner & shinier than when I first moved in! So grateful for these guys.

Mike and his team, based in the west country, did a fantastic job on my elderly parents in law flat. It was an end of tenancy clean and they were professional, courteous and meticulous in their work. Unfortunately, we were so tied up with other things, we didn't take photos, but Mike did. If you are lucky enough to have this team, they will do a good job for you.

Great end of tenancy clean. Cleaned to a very high standard, and all communication was kind and clear. Would recommend. Just be aware that the clean doesn't automatically include the kitchen, hallways or living room (which I didn't realise) - these are an extra charge and you have to book them in advance.

I booked Hello Services for an end of tenancy clean on March 3rd 2025. I was extremely impressed with Iasmina & Radu, they arrived at the booked time & I left them to it, they kindly gave me a call to confirm when they would finish so I could get back to them promptly. Not only was the whole house gleaming but it also smelled beautiful. They were friendly, professional people & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Ismael and Ali cleaned the house at the end of tenancy. Although they arrived a bit later that scheduled (partly because of difficulty in finding the property) they worked efficiently and quickly and the house was ready in a 3 hours. They were a very friendly and amiable pair of workers.

I booked an end of tenancy clean with this company and they were fantastic. When Vicki arrived there was a bit of a disaster as typically there was no water! It had been turned off due to the property being vacant. She was extremely flexible and understanding and came back a few days later. She did a wonderful and thorough job, she was very friendly and responsive and I would have no hesitation in recommending her in the future.

We’re very happy with the end of tenancy cleaning service provided by Hello Services Ltd. The team arrived on time and completed the work within the agreed timeframe. Everything was finished in less than 3 hours, and the service was efficient and well organised. One small suggestion for improvement would be to dry the floors after cleaning, as some dried water traces were left once the floors dried. Overall, we’re satisfied with the service and would recommend them.

Arrived late due to delays caused by clients at a previous job (it happens!) but this was clearly communicated and an accurate estimated time of arrival was provided, allowing me to get on with other things without waiting around for them. Very polite and friendly even when job was not as they were expecting (end of tenancy in a furnished apartment rather than unfurnished). I'd recommend them
