  The cleaners were very good, and the areas to be cleaned were cleaned exceptionally well. But the initial time slot was missed which was 9am and was rescheduled for 2pm but they were dropped off at 1.30pm. This did not cause me any problems as I’m retired and in all day.

The hourly rate per person worked out rather high at just under £30 (I’d expect a maximum of £20) which makes me less likely to use the service for future interim cleaning. But, if on close inspection, everything is as clean as it looks so far, I’m happy to recommend Hello Services for a one off deep clean.
