We got an end of tenancy clean. We kept needing to change details and hello services were very easy to contact and discuss each time. Our check out clerk found some omissions in the cleaning but we were only told about this 2 weeks after the clean, however hello services kindly said they would come back even though it was past the 5 days guarantee.

I requested for end of tenancy professional cleaning and from start to finish received nothing but a professional and friendly service. They responded quickly with a detailed and reasonable quote, answered all sorts of questions before booking. On the day the cleaners showed up early which was great fully equipped to do the job. We returned 3 hours later and completely astonished as to how clean the flat was. It looked brand new. Extremely pleased and very satisfied with the outcome. Would definitely recommend the company to others and would personally use again. Thank you.

There are some pretty bad reviews on this company so I will be simple, straight forward and honest. I paid for an End Of Tenancy Deep Clean for my rental property with Hello Services. Got the appointment agreed and the time, all on-line and all very simple and easy. On the morning of the appointment (11AM) I got a call from a lady to say she was travelling from Leeds (2 hours and 30 minutes away!!) and they would be with me at 1PM. No problem at all, but really, no extra expense discussed due to the travel? This was Leeds to Wales! Vlasta and another lady turned up (didn't get her name as I had other things to be getting on with). To put things short - like other reviews, yes these girls are quick - 3 bed cottage and done in 3 hours, however - read on..... What a super job! every room, every window, every carpet, every surface immaculate. I have no idea how they did what they did in that short time, but believe me, the job they did was amazing. The oven looks brand new! I could not fault anything. Thank you ladies.

Nicole and Marius came and did an end of tenancy clean at my rental property in St. Albans yesterday and I can honestly say they are the best cleaners I've ever used. The property is old and they somehow made the entire place feel like a brand new house. It is obvious they have impeccable standards and have a very high attention to detail, ensuring every last inch was completely spotless. They were also very good value for money- I even gave them a small tip to thank them for their hard work. I would 100% recommend anyone to to use them.

I hired Hello services for an end of tenancy cleaning. I was a bit concerned that they wouldn’t show because of what I’ve read on reviews. Now I’m glad I gave them an opportunity, they were friendly and flexible with timing. They replied to my questions in timely manner. Tutu and Alicia did a very good job, they are very professional. They gave me advise on products and tips to clean, I should have hired them earlier! I liked that the price quoted was final and that they didn’t charge for the cleaning products or materials. No surprises or extra charges.

Tuty and Alicia did a great job on an end of tenancy clean including machine cleaning of the carpets. They were very thorough and professional. My only quibble would be that I had asked for the external windows to be cleaned and it was not possible to do the first floor as there was no extender. Everything else was excellent.

Diana and Alex were so helpful doing an end of tenancy clean for me. The standard of clean was excellent. They got on efficiently and quietly and were very thoughtful about my working from home/managing to keep the noise down. Cost effective, quality clean. I would highly recommend them.

Honestly, I found Hello Services by doing a Google search. That day I was moving out of my flat that I was renting to a new one, as I have lots of things in my mind, totally forgot the professional cleaners. As I was also crazy tired that day, I paid by mistake for 2 properties. Not only I was lucky enough to have my money back for second property that I added by mistake but they also did an insane job that day with the property I was leaving. I had a very positive experience with HelloService. I first used their service two years ago for the end of tenancy cleaning of my flat in Edinburgh, where I had lived for six years. I was quite nervous, as the property had been occupied for a long time, but HelloService delivered a very high standard of cleaning. The end of tenancy inspection was passed at the first attempt, and both my landlord and I were very satisfied with the result. I was genuinely impressed. More recently, when I needed an end of tenancy clean for my flat in Cambridge, I did not hesitate to contact HelloService again. I was pleased that they still had my records and even offered a returning customer discount. Although the price was slightly higher than before, I was happy to proceed given my previous experience, especially as they provide a seven-day guarantee, which not many companies offer. While the first team did not fully meet the expected standard, the company responded quickly and arranged a re-clean the very next day. I really appreciated this prompt response. Denisse and her team in Cambridge delivered an excellent service. They carefully followed the checkout report, addressed all the issues in detail and carried out a thorough clean across the entire flat. The overall standard was very high and the property is now in very good condition. I truly appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness and reliability of the company. I also enquired about a regular monthly cleaning service and, although this is not something they currently offer, I would certainly have considered using them for this as well. This is not the first time I have used HelloService and my experience has consistently been positive. I would highly recommend their services and would happily use them again in the future.
