I recently had a large removal and end of tenancy cleaning done by Hello Services in Brighton. They were very friendly, professional, careful and respectful. They did an excellent job, highly recommended.

I requested for end of tenancy professional cleaning and from start to finish received nothing but a professional and friendly service. They responded quickly with a detailed and reasonable quote, answered all sorts of questions before booking. On the day the cleaners showed up early which was great fully equipped to do the job. We returned 3 hours later and completely astonished as to how clean the flat was. It looked brand new. Extremely pleased and very satisfied with the outcome. Would definitely recommend the company to others and would personally use again. Thank you.

There are some pretty bad reviews on this company so I will be simple, straight forward and honest. I paid for an End Of Tenancy Deep Clean for my rental property with Hello Services. Got the appointment agreed and the time, all on-line and all very simple and easy. On the morning of the appointment (11AM) I got a call from a lady to say she was travelling from Leeds (2 hours and 30 minutes away!!) and they would be with me at 1PM. No problem at all, but really, no extra expense discussed due to the travel? This was Leeds to Wales! Vlasta and another lady turned up (didn't get her name as I had other things to be getting on with). To put things short - like other reviews, yes these girls are quick - 3 bed cottage and done in 3 hours, however - read on..... What a super job! every room, every window, every carpet, every surface immaculate. I have no idea how they did what they did in that short time, but believe me, the job they did was amazing. The oven looks brand new! I could not fault anything. Thank you ladies.

In my case, the agency was picky in finding issues after an end of tenancy cleaning, but it was so easy to contact Hello Services for a re-cleaning. They were really friendly, available and flexible. Nicole and Marius were a great team and gave the house a highly professional end of tenancy clean. I was impressed how they were able to respond to situations on the day (my moving van let me down and they worked around me moving my stuff). Would recommend. Nicole and Marius came and did an end of tenancy clean at my rental property in St. Albans yesterday and I can honestly say they are the best cleaners I've ever used. The property is old and they somehow made the entire place feel like a brand new house. It is obvious they have impeccable standards and have a very high attention to detail, ensuring every last inch was completely spotless. They were also very good value for money- I even gave them a small tip to thank them for their hard work. I would 100% recommend anyone to to use them.

Honestly, I found Hello Services by doing a Google search. That day I was moving out of my flat that I was renting to a new one, as I have lots of things in my mind, totally forgot the professional cleaners. As I was also crazy tired that day, I paid by mistake for 2 properties. Not only I was lucky enough to have my money back for second property that I added by mistake but they also did an insane job that day with the property I was leaving. Constantin and his team of ladies from “Hello Services”, completed an “end of tenancy” clean for us today in Hylton Road Worcester. I cannot recommend highly enough this team and the company as well, their attention to detail was exceptional, and they completed it to a much higher quality level than I thought they could ever achieve, after 4 years of a lot of furniture not being moved. A few nasty wine stains, and discolouration between where the sofas were, rugs down, all miraculously disappeared 😊. …. The price for cleaning a 3 bedroom house was well worth it … it would have taken me days to get nowhere near their quality … real professionals. The landlord is happy as well, as he has only a little bit if painting to do, and doesn’t have to worry about the cleaning. Thanks again Constantin, and thank your ladies as well 👍👍

I had a very positive experience with HelloService. I first used their service two years ago for the end of tenancy cleaning of my flat in Edinburgh, where I had lived for six years. I was quite nervous, as the property had been occupied for a long time, but HelloService delivered a very high standard of cleaning. The end of tenancy inspection was passed at the first attempt, and both my landlord and I were very satisfied with the result. I was genuinely impressed. More recently, when I needed an end of tenancy clean for my flat in Cambridge, I did not hesitate to contact HelloService again. I was pleased that they still had my records and even offered a returning customer discount. Although the price was slightly higher than before, I was happy to proceed given my previous experience, especially as they provide a seven-day guarantee, which not many companies offer. While the first team did not fully meet the expected standard, the company responded quickly and arranged a re-clean the very next day. I really appreciated this prompt response. Denisse and her team in Cambridge delivered an excellent service. They carefully followed the checkout report, addressed all the issues in detail and carried out a thorough clean across the entire flat. The overall standard was very high and the property is now in very good condition. I truly appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness and reliability of the company. I also enquired about a regular monthly cleaning service and, although this is not something they currently offer, I would certainly have considered using them for this as well. This is not the first time I have used HelloService and my experience has consistently been positive. I would highly recommend their services and would happily use them again in the future.

Myself and my flatmate had a great service provided by Joel and Rob for an End of Tenancy Clean on our 2-bed 2-bath flat that we were moving out of. They left the flat amazingly clean, with cupboards cleaned, under the beds clean and all sides wiped down. They did a great job on the oven and hob, both of which were very heavily stained - it looked brand new after! The photo quality isn’t great as we were moving out immediately after the clean so these are screenshots from a video but would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

This is the first time I have ever worked with professionals for cleaning service - and Hello Services were wonderful! It's great to get to work with fellow migrants in the area. I worked with MAGDA and KINGA for my end-of-tenancy cleaning. They were lovely and friendly, full of smiles. They have of course made the flat I am moving out of look and smell amazing. The communications processes were also so friendly - Magda phoned me to share timings, so did ISABELLE when I had to change the appointment. The website is simple to use, transparent, with clear breakdown of costs etc etc. Thank you and I'll definitely work with you again if I have the opportunity to do so!

I had a end of tenancy clean with i Mustafa Agha - great guy, great price (1bed flat with bathroom, kitchen) - they did the job in about 3 hours, deep clean etc. Turned up on time,very punctual, i had grease marks on the electric hob they managed to get rid off, the oven looks brand new, the flat now looks sparkly clean.
