Tuty and Alicia did a great job

Tuty and Alicia did a great job on an end of tenancy clean including machine cleaning of the carpets. They were very thorough and professional. My only quibble would be that I had asked for the external windows to be cleaned and it was not possible to do the first floor as there was no extender. Eve… Read more

  Great job

I hired Hello services for an end of tenancy cleaning. I was a bit concerned that they wouldn’t show because of what I’ve read on reviews. Now I’m glad I gave them an opportunity, they were friendly and flexible with timing. They replied to my questions in timely manner. Tutu and Alicia did a very g… Read more

ood job, they are very professional. They gave me advise on products and tips to clean, I should have hired them earlier! I liked that the price quoted was final and that they didn’t charge for the cleaning products or materials. No surprises or extra charges.

They arrived on time and started the work accordingly. One thing I was not pleased with that we had to pay £50 extra which was not mentioned prior.

  Fast, friendly and fairly priced.

Great job delivering my desks on time and very reasonably priced. Called them for an ETA on the driver, didn't get through immediately but he arrived when expected.

  Erik was superb

Erik was superb! Polite and friendly, arrived on time and did a great job (5 star rating for him). The only reason for 4 star and not 5 overall is for the carpet cleaning machine which is not really sufficient for heavy traffic areas, although Erik did his best.

Very satisfactory and easy to organise

Booking was straightforward and courteous. I wasn’t there for the clean itself (it’s an empty flat I’m selling after a death) but using the lockbox as they were instructed seems to have gone smoothly. They sent me photos afterwards which looked great, the clean seems to have been thorough enough. Th… Read more
