The flat is absolutely spotless, they did an amazing job and were so friendly and thoughtful. Can’t believe how clean it is, and the rugs and sofas also look better than they ever have. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I found the service easy to book. I received confirmation about my booking and was given options for payment. The cleaning service that was delivered was excellent. A very professional service overall.

The actual cleaning job was good, so thank you for that. There was an alteration to the time of arrival. I had booked 9.00 but was informed the day before that you were coming at 3.00, and then there was an additional alteration on the day itself. So my score reflects this element, I think that is reasonable.

The team that came to do the end of tenancy clean my flat was punctual, friendly, and did a great job resetting my flat to move in condition after 3 years of living there! Had absolutely no issues and they even managed to clean out my oven and make it sparkling again which I’d tried on my own multiple times to no avail. Great service!

Mike was a cheerful friendly guy. He was polite and informative. He made no fuss , he looked, listened and agreed with my wishes and promptly got on with it. When he finished he asked if I was happy. He did an excellent job and I'm a happy chap!

My only reservation is that the price was high, and the money was taken from my account before the work was done.

The 2 workers were efficient, thorough, friendly, polite, hard working, on time, and more. Very happy with their work and all communication with them. Also very happy with the process of organising the cleaning, from questions to phone calls to quotes. Well done everyone

Really good effective service

It was OK they did what they could - just did not empty the drain in the sink with all the metal scrub fibre still stuck in it but that's really it. Otherwise really clean job.

Arrived early which was great Bathroom left lovely and clean apart from a few minor bits Only complaint is dirty water got slashed onto my newly painted wall which has now marked it Overall a positive experience with just a few little things that could be improved

The guys made a very good job of my oven etc, tidied up when they were finished and were very mannerly. Very happy with the result.

It is good. Only thing is that they did clean the lighting lamp cover in the kitchen area. We had asked them to make sure it is cleaned, and the grease is removed. But the grease is still there.
