Initial contact and quote process really quick, professional and easy. Slight uncertainty when trying to pay via bank transfer as details were flagged as fraudulent by my bank. I did call Hello servuces who assured me the details were correct but then went on to say they get this alot! If this is th… Read more

e case then this should be flagged up with clients before they come to pay so they are prepared and no need to panic. The staff I spoke to on the telephone were polite and helpful. The only thing I would say is there doesn't seem to be much communication between staff as my call was answered but I also got two further calls from other staff thinking it was a missed call. The team that attended my property worked very hard and I'm very pleased with the result.

Great service overall, only knock back was that I had to pay for parking again due to team’s mobile internet issues (had already pre-paid)

2 men turned up at the house who didn't look particularly clean and smart which I think doesn't reflect well on your company. Some kind of uniform would have been a better look. They cleaned the house to an acceptable standard although not sure I would call it a 'deep clean'. The one who appeared to… Read more

the flat your team cleaned was extremely dirty and at first sight they felt they wouldn’t be able to get results expected from them. But they actually did a brilliant job. Thank you very much

  Fantastic Deep Clean

The guys that cleaned our new house were great - punctual, pleasant and worked tirelessly. We had moved into an old house that hadn’t been lived in for 2 years and they helped to make it habitable again. I would certainly recommend them. Good value and a great service - thank you.

You stepped in during a difficult time and at short notice did a fab deep clean to a very challenging property. Very happy with the work you've done . So why 9 and not 20? Little pricey but you have offered a discount on another domestic clean, which is great. Thanks for helping at such short notice

they were good, but I dud not know \I would have to an almost bare room, as they "would not touch my stuff". As everyone has stuff, this should somehow be factored in. Nevertheless, I was pleased with the job and the price.

I was very pleased with the deep clean of my kitchen. The ladies and gentleman were very polite, and worked very hard. They rang to say they were running a little latter than schedule and told me what time they would arrive. Which was appreciated. I definitely would use the service again. 9 scored o… Read more
