I called to arrange an urgent next-day booking, and Michael from customer support managed to find me a slot immediately. He was very helpful, and the cleaning service itself was outstanding. Couldn't recommend enough.

  Excellent Service

We booked a couple of days before the system was quick and easy to understand. Saya was friendly and professional, she talked me through her process and made sure that I knew what products she was using as well. She was very kind and did a fantastic job on a number of appliances in our home.

Team Yamba and Janeth from Edinburgh (case no. 3504) did an amazing job, especially with the kitchen that has difficult access and was very filthy.

  Super impressed

Super impressed. Booked an end of tenancy clean, and could not be happier with the results. I think its cleaner than when I moved in. Every nook was cleaned, cupboards spotless and they removed all the stains in the carpet too. The smell that was left was so fresh. Would really recommend.

Hello Services were the first to respond to my many enquiries sent out, they had last minute weekend availability, quote was in line with other quotes I had received, all products and equipment were provided, and the rest of the service consistently followed. 11/10!
