Both Cosmina and her Mum Gabriella did a great job but admittedly I did have to ask them to show a bit more attention to detail and pointed out quite a few areas they’d glossed over . Anyway , they stayed until I was happy with everything and they seemed appreciative of their tip.

The clean was very good but there is always room for improvement

An app platform and more upfront clarity on pricing would boost points. Otherwise all good and very happy with my post builder clean and reliability, thank you

Quick service.
te, a subcontractor I'd guess which is fair enough. Had a domestic grade Vax to clean two small carpets, he was nice, did what he could with what he had. Off the shelf laundry products were used as apparently carpet cleaning solutions don't work, I was expecting a professional grade steam cleaning machine, which probably would have done it better. The carpets do look cleaner and landlord has agreed it will suffice for a return of deposit. So in terms of that, job is done. You get what you pay for though, as is the saying. Not overly impressed but people need to be paid for their time so I'll leave it at that and move on. Don't expect me to use this service again though.

The service was extremely good, and the cleaners sent were polite and personable. I generally do not recommend services to others unprompted, but if asked I would mention my experience with Hello Services.

the service was excellent and the person doing the cleaning was very interesting talking of his own country of Sudan. The only problem was that sometimes it was difficult to make out what he was saying

2 gentlemen arrived promptly, and did a great job with cleaning the oven. Tidied up after themselves also, leaving everywhere spotless. Thank you.

I found the service easy to book. I received confirmation about my booking and was given options for payment. The cleaning service that was delivered was excellent. A very professional service overall.

The actual cleaning job was good, so thank you for that. There was an alteration to the time of arrival. I had booked 9.00 but was informed the day before that you were coming at 3.00, and then there was an additional alteration on the day itself. So my score reflects this element, I think that is reasonable.

Really professional, excellent clean of shower, oven and cookier/hob I feel the floors were a little rushed at the end
Bushra H. · Jul 2025 · Oven cleaning
My only reservation is that the price was high, and the money was taken from my account before the work was done.
Stephen B. · Jul 2025
It was OK they did what they could - just did not empty the drain in the sink with all the metal scrub fibre still stuck in it but that's really it. Otherwise really clean job.
