I don’t normally bother with reviews but I think I owed it to these guys and they deserve one in my opinion. I have quite a few properties which need to be cleaned before a new tenant will move in, so I have used so many cleaning services over the years which I have not been quite happy with, so I keep changing companies until I came a cross ( hello services ). They got it right the first time! I must admit they have done such a fantastic job that I was very impressed. The difference they have made to the house Was major! I have been using there services ever since and never haven’t looked back. They are really hard working people and worth every penny. I Would recommend highly.

Booked them for one Bed Flat move from Hammersmith to Epsom. They packed all my stuff and loaded in less than 2 hours. I was also able to travel in the van to the destination. Thanks to Alan and his colleague. Forgot his name.

I booked with the company for a deep clean the day before and they were quick to respond and explain the process, including a detailed breakdown of what I would like doing and the quote. Two cleaners arrived on the day of the clean, they arrived slightly after the arrival window specified but it didn't matter too much personally as I had arranged to be home during the clean. They more than made up for this with the care taken in their clean - they were able to remove built up limescale that I had tried and failed to remove with various products in our kitchen and shower - leaving it looking like new! Regrettably I did not remember to take before and after photos but nearly 2 weeks on the taps are still gleaming. I would not hesitate to recommend the service again and will certainly use it again myself if we ever move house and require a deep clean.

Constantin and his team of ladies from “Hello Services”, completed an “end of tenancy” clean for us today in Hylton Road Worcester. I cannot recommend highly enough this team and the company as well, their attention to detail was exceptional, and they completed it to a much higher quality level than I thought they could ever achieve, after 4 years of a lot of furniture not being moved. A few nasty wine stains, and discolouration between where the sofas were, rugs down, all miraculously disappeared 😊. …. The price for cleaning a 3 bedroom house was well worth it … it would have taken me days to get nowhere near their quality … real professionals. The landlord is happy as well, as he has only a little bit if painting to do, and doesn’t have to worry about the cleaning. Thanks again Constantin, and thank your ladies as well 👍👍

We used hello services for a deep house clean, we had just purchased a new house and with a new baby on the way in 2 weeks, I needed a thorough clean. Gutted I can not remember the names man and woman who came, VERY thorough, did an amazing job, the house was genuinely left in such a disgusting state I could not bring my daughter round as I did not want her touching anything. They were here for hours scrubbing and I need to highlight how great the windows turned out as well as the oven. I paid to have my kit hen appliances cleaned and was a bit dubious, however did fantastic job and they even cleaned two horrendous looking trays in there which was not part of the quote. Would highly recommend to anyone and I will for sure be coming back for future jobs. Communication between hello services up to the day of the clean was great! Nothing to fault at all. I had a very positive experience with HelloService. I first used their service two years ago for the end of tenancy cleaning of my flat in Edinburgh, where I had lived for six years. I was quite nervous, as the property had been occupied for a long time, but HelloService delivered a very high standard of cleaning. The end of tenancy inspection was passed at the first attempt, and both my landlord and I were very satisfied with the result. I was genuinely impressed. More recently, when I needed an end of tenancy clean for my flat in Cambridge, I did not hesitate to contact HelloService again. I was pleased that they still had my records and even offered a returning customer discount. Although the price was slightly higher than before, I was happy to proceed given my previous experience, especially as they provide a seven-day guarantee, which not many companies offer. While the first team did not fully meet the expected standard, the company responded quickly and arranged a re-clean the very next day. I really appreciated this prompt response. Denisse and her team in Cambridge delivered an excellent service. They carefully followed the checkout report, addressed all the issues in detail and carried out a thorough clean across the entire flat. The overall standard was very high and the property is now in very good condition. I truly appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness and reliability of the company. I also enquired about a regular monthly cleaning service and, although this is not something they currently offer, I would certainly have considered using them for this as well. This is not the first time I have used HelloService and my experience has consistently been positive. I would highly recommend their services and would happily use them again in the future.

Great service! I thought I booked both carpet and upholstery cleaning but it turned out they only had me down for carpet, still they managed to updated my quote and accommodate me. Both Mohammad and Hannah were thorough with the cleaning and very considerate of the fact that I was working in the other room. They did come quite a bit earlier than agreed which could've been an issue, but I was working from home and it turned out way better this way timing wise. 10/10 recommended!

Great cleaning services! I had a deep clean done in our flat with cleaning of mattress, sofa, rug, kitchen appliances, exterior & interior windows. Two cleaners were present to tackle the job. They were very friendly and they worked efficiently. They did a fantastic job and were very meticulous! They didn’t miss any corner of the flat and did all the job quoted at a high standard. For instance, the washing machine seal was like new again. I have been trying to clean it myself multiple times, without success. Overall, I was extremely happy with the results and will definitely book again the same service once a year!!

I had an IKEA cupboard which I did not know how to assemble. I have used Hello Services before, and I trusted them to do the work again. I contacted the team and asked if Sulltan had time, because he is one of their best ‘handy men’ and he is polite, tidy and always works hard. He arrived on time and the work was completed really quickly and it looked lovely! Sulltan also moved the cupboard to where I needed it, which was very kind. They also do more complex work; I have now asked them to help me fit a new kitchen and they have been really helpful. They are very good with customers because they are polite and understanding. I really recommend using Hello Services because they always do good work, they are polite, on time and organised.

The team was very kind and respectful the whole cleaning and they did a wonderful job! They called and asked if they could come earlier because they finished their first job early, which was a nice surprise. When they arrived, they asked good questions and set expectations on what they were planning to clean. My partner unfortunately was sick and in bed while they were cleaning the attached bathroom, and they were super courteous and understanding of the last-minute situation. The team did a great job deep cleaning my sectional couch, dirty tile floors became white again, bathrooms, hallways and cleaned 2 rugs. Windows were also wiped clean without prints. After the appt, the team even called asking if they could come back and try a different product on a tough mildew stain in the toilet - which I appreciated!

I was initially quoted £135 to deep clean a studio flat. On the day, 2 cleaners arrived and one of them proceeded to take pictures and saying the place is in a state (isn’t that why a deep clean is requested)? They left the property and I received a call from the company saying due to the grime, etc, it would cost another £200! I felt I wasn’t in a position to argue as it was my recently deceased brother who lived there and I had to clear it, so I paid and they came back. Apart from the attitude of the picture-taker, I have gone back today to check and I cannot fault their cleaning. Everywhere was spotless and all appliances smear-free. They cleared out at least 20 plastic carrier bags, and other sundries so 4 stars they’ve got. I think they should offer an in-person quote so they can see the condition and give an accurate quote.

The Lady and Gentleman who came last Saturday. They were amazing. Professional and helpful. They had a caring disposition as I lost my father and mum is in a care home and their home is to be sold to pay for mums care. They went over and above there job helping me get everything done in the kitchen and bathroom/s. Everything was cleaned and deep cleaned to a high standard. Especially the cooker that was sparkling. Bathrooms were gleaming and smelled so fresh and clean. Thank you Saturday 1pm the lady came from Dundee and she worked amazingly with her work colleague who was also a gem. Smile and Ali did a whole house clean. It was in a very bad way, with lots of dust, grime and mould after months of not managing to clean, and now looks and feels like a completely different house. They did everything that was asked and worked around me and lots of our stuff, completely transforming the bathroom, making our kitchen clean and hygenic again and making the bedroom and sitting room clean and dirt and dust free. They worked efficiently and put in lots of effort to get the whole 1 bed house done in under 3 hrs. Very happy with the service and their time and effort

Myself and my flatmate had a great service provided by Joel and Rob for an End of Tenancy Clean on our 2-bed 2-bath flat that we were moving out of. They left the flat amazingly clean, with cupboards cleaned, under the beds clean and all sides wiped down. They did a great job on the oven and hob, both of which were very heavily stained - it looked brand new after! The photo quality isn’t great as we were moving out immediately after the clean so these are screenshots from a video but would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Booking with hello services ltd was super easy. Got an emailed quote outlining what exactly was going to be cleaned. Once I approved the quote I received an email confirmation within minutes explaining everything I had to be aware of. I had an option whether to pay on the day which was really great as I wanted to to inspect the work before making the payment. The cleaners were professional as well as the office staff. Overall great experience and the house looks almost brand new. I really appreciate your help. I will recommend you guys and will be using you again soon.

Excellent service. I had a deep clean and the price quoted was very reasonable for a very large 5 bed house with a large basement. Due to a leak we had to do a deep clean. The team that came were very polite, cheerful and worked very hard. So a big thank you to them and appreciate all the hard work they did and was very happy with their work. Ata and Ala arrived well on time. They were very helpful with the logistics of moving bulky items from the top floor. My inventory list omitted a few items so they came with a much smaller van and had to do 2 trips. Nonetheless they explained my additional costs but did not complain and took everything in their stride. They really were warm and personable mores that this move was during Ramadan. We were done in 5 hours for 2 trips taken across 25 miles. So grateful for their service. Highly recommended 👌

This is the first time I have ever worked with professionals for cleaning service - and Hello Services were wonderful! It's great to get to work with fellow migrants in the area. I worked with MAGDA and KINGA for my end-of-tenancy cleaning. They were lovely and friendly, full of smiles. They have of course made the flat I am moving out of look and smell amazing. The communications processes were also so friendly - Magda phoned me to share timings, so did ISABELLE when I had to change the appointment. The website is simple to use, transparent, with clear breakdown of costs etc etc. Thank you and I'll definitely work with you again if I have the opportunity to do so!

Really easy & straight forward website to get services booked in, with lots of choice for all cleaning required. Good communication from the customer services team. The two male cleaners were friendly and provided a professional and fantastic deep clean service. Outstanding result and the house looks pristine, the oven is so clean it looks brand new. Equally the fridge & freezer clean was also brilliant. They used my wood floor cleaner for my new wood floors which I really appreciated. The house looks so good and extremely happy & satisfied with the job they did. I have had health issues so the deep clean service was very helpful for me and my puppy. I would highly recommend this team for deep cleaning services, excellent value for money. Definitely a 5 star service, just absolutely brilliant as the house looks like a million dollars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered for my carpets to be cleaned having just moved into my new flat. The quote and booking process was very quick and it was clear which is important for me. Two cleaners turned up on a Saturday morning on time and were very efficient and thorough at cleaning and making the carpets smell fresh so I would use Hello Services again.

This was a fantastic service and worth every single penny. The crew that came to clean were managed well, knew exactly what they were doing and performed miracles. I had just rented a flat and the state of it was abysmal. The crew performed miracles and the place looked completely different afterwards. I had a end of tenancy clean with i Mustafa Agha - great guy, great price (1bed flat with bathroom, kitchen) - they did the job in about 3 hours, deep clean etc. Turned up on time,very punctual, i had grease marks on the electric hob they managed to get rid off, the oven looks brand new, the flat now looks sparkly clean.

Hello Services did my end of tenancy clean in Cheltenham this past week (May 2025). Extremely happy with everything. The booking process is simple (literally pick and choose things, add them to your cart, get a quote, and adjust from there as you need). The cleaners arrived on time and were all pleasant and friendly. They were extremely flexible and understanding with having to move their vehicle for my neighbours (I live in a weird area, it's impossible not to block someone in at any given time). The house looked spectacular, and they reiterated that if anything wasn't right they'd redo it or come back and redo it if the inspection said otherwise. Excellent experience all around.

Angela and another cleaner came to clean after my Mother moved into a new house and the previous owners left it in a state. The carpets and floors were left spotless and fridges, oven and hob were cleaned beautifully. They did a good job on the conservatory too. The quote and ordering process were very well organised and easy to complete.

Booked both a moving van and a deep end-of-tenancy clean with Hello and both were brilliant 👏 The moving van arrived a few minutes early so that it was ready to start loading at the agreed time. The driver was super open - he let me know when he arrived at the destination and sent a screenshot of the finished timer when the unloading was complete, plus video called to show the empty van and my storage unit with all of the boxes - great peace of mind. The cleaners were also brilliant - the apartment is cleaner than when I moved in. Great attention to detail, very thorough!

We did not expect that much attention to detail, nothing was a problem and they were friendly and professional. The house needed a lot of attention and we were left speechless of the magic they did with it in just a few hours. They truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Ishmael and Ali, the cleaning team arrived on time, provided a careful explanation of the cleaning that they would undertake and then performed the work to the highest standard. In particular, I was very impressed with the work they did to remove stains in the bathroom and the attention to details in other rooms, cleaning skirting boards, door handles and light switches. Everything looked great at the end and I will certainly use Hello Service again in the future.

I requested Hello Services to clean a large range stove/hob and extractor fan, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. They were able to come and clean everything within 24 hours and meant that we could move into our new rental with freshly cleaned appliances. Super professional and efficient cleaners! Hired them for an end of tenancy cleaning so that I wouldn’t have to worry about it and the crew showed up promptly, communicated well, and cracked on with the cleaning. They managed to get my flat back to move in condition and were all very friendly. Even managed to clean the oven that I’d struggled to clean in the past! Great service, would definitely recommend.

Ludovic and his colleague did a fantastic end of tenancy job on our house in Huddersfield. They worked so hard and it looked immaculate when they had finished. Ludovic even discovered a small leak in the kitchen and reported it to us - I couldn't have been any happier with their work. I was very pleased with my clean had the end of tennancy clean.the two young men did an excellent job went above and beyond they started at 3 finished at 10.and when i had look everything was very clean and carpet smelt clean and fresh. I booked this company having never used a deep clean service before. The website was easy to use and I liked that you could see the cost of each service required. We had a full competitive quote within an hour. They were easily able to accommodate the day we needed the clean to be done and so helpful when we needed to tweak the quote and the day. Communication has been brilliant throughout. On the day of the clean the ladies were very prompt and did a fabulous thorough job. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Really pleased with the service and results. We had a deep clean throughout ( - the photos don’t do it justice), including having the lounge carpet shampooed and oven cleaned. I had the dismantling and reassembly of my large corner wardrobe. Sulltan and Adam were amazing, they were VERY fast, and were keeping me in the loop along the way. Very impressed with the service, and they also moved an old wardrobe for me too. They even offered to fix another item that I hadn't asked because they were so helpful. Would highly recommend.

I just started working for this company a few months ago and I have to say in my whole 16yrs of being a Subcontractor I have yet to work for a company so enjoyable! Excellent deep cleaning service from Amar and Yusuf. Arrived on time at very short notice and performed a thorough clean of our new house after was left very grimey and uncared for. Did brilliantly with all appliances, blinds, and bathrooms. Carpets are almost a brand new colour. They worked all day through it and were extremely friendly before and after the cleaning. Extremely satisfied.

I booked the services for putting together some new bedroom furniture. This was agreed for 3 pm. I got a call at 3pm to say they were going to be late and be there at 5, they arrived at 5:30. The workmanship and the guys who fitted it was excellent and they were very friendly and professional. Seems they work and have bookings all over London and southeast hence the lateness. As the work was very good I’ll give 4 stars but perhaps they need to look at their booking and timings.

I booked Hello Services for both a Removal and an end of tenancy clean. I am only giving out 4 stars purely on a couple hiccups throughout. The removers were booked for Saturday morning but due to a van issue, they didn't show up. However Hello Services were incredibly quick and sorted out a removal for the following morning, within 20 minutes of me calling. The removers were professional, kind and efficient, they dismantled the bed and rebuilt it and offered to take on more items than we had listed as there was still space in the van. In terms of the clean, Hello Services managed to bring this forward for me as the flat was empty earlier than anticipated. Mike and their team were thorough, all areas I had pointed out were taken care of, and they aded an extra room carpet clean as a last minute request. The kitchen in particular was sparkling, the oven looked brand new and cleaner than when I first moved in! Overall very very good company with a great customer service, they manage to employ some great contractors for these jobs at an incredible value, would recommend and use again!
