Great value for money 4 people for 5 hours worked out at £21ph They did a super job The admin office is very responsive almost anytime of day with great attention to detail

Excellent job. Just moved house and they were very flexible with timings and priorities when it comes to cleaning. They made everything look like new, including the carpets, kitchen utilities and everything else.

Sadar arrived on time, was courteous and explained exactly what he was going to do. My very dirty oven looks good as new. Sadar left everything neat and clean afterwards. Very impressed

The Salar Team did such an amazing job at our house when we moved out. They went above and beyond to make sure it was thoroughly cleaned for the new owners and could not fault it, perfect service. I was worried about other negative views saying they had no shows so got in touch with Hello Services the day before and they put me in touch with the cleaning team so I had assurance they were coming. They arrived 10 minutes early so we were very impressed.

service is excellent. Booking the service is very easy, payment options are feasible. The cleaning service is actually very good. The guys know a lot of stuff about each appliance and each room and how to clean it. Prices are very affordable. Just book the service, sit back and relax. Your job will be done and you'll be happy.

I booked Hello Services for an end of tenancy clean on March 3rd 2025. I was extremely impressed with Iasmina & Radu, they arrived at the booked time & I left them to it, they kindly gave me a call to confirm when they would finish so I could get back to them promptly. Not only was the whole house gleaming but it also smelled beautiful. They were friendly, professional people & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Had a deep clean performed this morning by mr Ismael and mr Ali and what an absolutely incredible and marvelous job they did . The house was extremely dirty and unkept and they left it sparkling new . Extremely polite, professional and efficient. I can’t recommend their service enough, money well spent , fair quota, and will use the service in the future for sure. Thank you Hello Services, but most of all, thank you Mr Ismael and Mr Ali.

Ismael and Ali cleaned the house at the end of tenancy. Although they arrived a bit later that scheduled (partly because of difficulty in finding the property) they worked efficiently and quickly and the house was ready in a 3 hours. They were a very friendly and amiable pair of workers.

They gave a range of well-priced alternatives for a van for a house move. The driver I selected was professional and very friendly.

Ismael and Ali arrived on time and ready to start work immediately. They explained what they would do and how long it would take and kept in communications result was excellent. They ensured that I was happy with work before they finished and were polite and professional .Excellent service thank you.

I booked an end of tenancy clean with this company and they were fantastic. When Vicki arrived there was a bit of a disaster as typically there was no water! It had been turned off due to the property being vacant. She was extremely flexible and understanding and came back a few days later. She did a wonderful and thorough job, she was very friendly and responsive and I would have no hesitation in recommending her in the future.

Erik did a great job, came in the morning, by the afternoon the flat is ready to hand back to our landlord!

My driver was absolutely amazing, went above and beyond to help. There professionalism was incredible. There had been a mix up with company about dismantling furniture, but he did it anyone and didn't moan. He made my move a lot less stressful and they were all top guys. Thank you!!

We’re very happy with the end of tenancy cleaning service provided by Hello Services Ltd. The team arrived on time and completed the work within the agreed timeframe. Everything was finished in less than 3 hours, and the service was efficient and well organised. One small suggestion for improvement would be to dry the floors after cleaning, as some dried water traces were left once the floors dried. Overall, we’re satisfied with the service and would recommend them.

My cleaners were punctual and did an outstanding job, I have to say I was really impressed with the results. They kept me updated about the process and called me half and hour before the completion so I could go back and inspect the property. Great job Thank you guys

Book them if you need cleaning services for your house. It was such an easy experience booking them for cleaning services. I have tried a few places before but their prices and the perfection of work is unbeatable. Such affordable rates and a neat job. Ismail and Ali we great. They did a really good job on an after builders cleaning. They left the apartment clean and smelling fresh. They always insisted that I inspect their work and raise any issues so they can rectify before they left. Great service.

I contacted Hello Services last Friday afternoon after being let down by estate agent organised pre cleaning of a rental property I was due to move into following my own house being flooded. I was immediately given an appt for the following morning! Joel & his team arrived at 9 as arranged & did a fantastic job. The movers were very friendly, professional, on time, and moved everything with great concern and aplomb. They did not rush or hurry anything, thinking about the duration they were initially booked for. They were also not fussy on any extra payment for extra half an hour they had to put in, although I paid them extra, as they should have been paid. A wonderful experience overall. I would definitely recommend them again !!

I have used Hello Services before, and I trusted them to do the work again. I contacted the team and asked if Sulltan had time, because he is one of their best ‘handy men’ and he is polite, tidy and always works hard.

I booked Hello Services for some IKEA closet assembly. The whole booking process was incredibly smooth, professional and well documented. I was kept updated at every step. But more importantly, Samuel who turned up was a real gem of a guy! He did a fantastic job assembling all the IKEA wardrobes and even helped me rearrange the room and cleaned up after himself! I can’t praise him highly enough. Great job!
