We had our end of tenancy cleaning done by hello Services in new Malden. Just went to check the quality. It was supper clean.

Nicole and marius cleaned my flat to a suberb level. The clean it's self took about 4 hrs and they seemed to have checked every corner high and low. They were a few minutes late on arrival but Nicole sent me a message explaining that they may be a few minutes late and explaining reason why. I will use the service again if I can arrange for Nicole and Marius to come. Very happy

I was impressed how they were able to respond to situations on the day (my moving van let me down and they worked around me moving my stuff). Would recommend. We booked a whole house cleaning for a new property. Diana and Alex called ahead to let me know they were on their way - this was great as I could prepare for their arrival. They cleaned everything perfectly - bathroom surfaces were shining, skirting and windows were “like new” and the carpets were deep cleaned and felt much better than before. Wood floors mopped and all the grime was gone. They left no mess and I was happy to leave them alone to get on with things, I could see they were hard working, attentive and also friendly. I would defo use them again and would not hesitate to recommend Diana and Alex absolutely.

Many thanks to Diana and Alex who did a great job on our flat, the only thing they missed was to get rid of the spiders that had moved in.😃 they were very professional and polite and the flat was cleaned to a high standard.

We ordered two men and van from their Hello Vans site, we found everything easy and friendly. We managed to book it online and able to contact the movers on the day. They did supper good job.

The team Diane & Alex arrived as expected this morning and have completed an exceptionally large job. Due to a recent illness in the family they were able to accommodated this so it took nearly double the work and time. They were friendly, professional and extremely thorough. I would definitely recommend this company.

Had an above and beyond experience with our cleaners, Diana and Alex. They were honest, professional, friendly, and did an amazing job with what they were tasked with. When moving house I’d always assume that there would be the odd cupboard or bathroom that would be filthy, but not an entire 4 bedroom house like what we moved into. They made brown stained carpets look beige again, and the bathrooms and kitchen spotless. I cannot sing their praises more and highly recommend this team of superstars to anyone that needs their place to sparkle!

Nicole and Marius came and did an end of tenancy clean at my rental property in St. Albans yesterday and I can honestly say they are the best cleaners I've ever used. The property is old and they somehow made the entire place feel like a brand new house. It is obvious they have impeccable standards and have a very high attention to detail, ensuring every last inch was completely spotless. They were also very good value for money- I even gave them a small tip to thank them for their hard work. I would 100% recommend anyone to to use them.
