First time buyers so wanted to get a good start in our new home, Nicole and Marius did a fantastic job cleaning, they got to every little part of the house and left us very happy with the end results. Highly recommend them.

Excellent service and above what I was expecting. Nicole and Marius rang to see if they could start an hour early and when they arrived got straight down to business. 3 hours later the flat was in the condition it was first rented out in. One radiator pipe had been missed when we did the walk around but Marius quickly sorted it. Will definitely use again after the next tenancy finishes. Great job and above all nice friendly people.

Diana and Alex were so helpful doing an end of tenancy clean for me. The standard of clean was excellent. They got on efficiently and quietly and were very thoughtful about my working from home/managing to keep the noise down. Cost effective, quality clean. I would highly recommend them.

Really pleased with our house move. The guys came on time, loaded everything carefully like a huge jigsaw! Nothing got broken and even though they were working on an hourly rate they were really efficient, not to waste any time. Our only criticism is that we needed a few items disassembled to get on the van and they were not too keen on putting them back together as "they are not handymen", but they did it, so all is well! Would definitely use this company again if we ever move!

I was bit apprehensive before availing their service because of the cheap price compared to other leading moving companies but I must say they are excellent professionals. Very good experience. House was filthy after lots of building works and previous owners not really looking after it (the bathroom was disgusting). After 4 hours of cleaning my house looks like a brand new home and smells clean again, no more dust/rubble and the bathroom looks so clean I could eat off the floor (I probably won't but I could). Very pleased and would highly recommend. Thanks

My cleaners Nicole, Marius and Irina were booked for 9 am, and arrived earlier, which was great, to be honest. Nicole kept a close contact, she said, finished by 12,and it was. The rooms were clean, all 3 were very very professional, showed everything told where the problems were, but finally all looked great. Furthermore, all 3 were very kind, and I really appreciated how all worked. I really can recommend them, all worked as planned! Thank you!

I booked a post builder clean 2 days in advance and found the booking process with hello services really easy. I was a little concerned about the quality of the cleaners from reading some of the reviews, and I didn't know how many people were going to turn up or how long it would take. But it was all fine when Nicole and Marius and another lady turned up. They called in advance to there was bad trafiic but they were only 10 mins late. We waljed round the house and talked about ehat needed to be done and then they got working. It was a hot day and they only stopped for 2 breaks over the 4 hours they were here (4 bed house). What impressed me was that they asked to show me certain things that had not been done properly by the builders (chipped paint, not painted properly etc). They take care and pride in what they do. Thank you to them. My only complaint I'd have about Hello services is they offer external window cleaning but they do not have ladders or long poles to clean upper floor windows. This is misleading. They can only clean the windows they have access too it can reach.

I wrote a previous bad review for this company, However, the owner of the company has given me a very good explanation as to the delay in the men arriving to move our goods. I have received an apology and an offer of compensation. Therefore, I do not want anyone not to use this company as now I have received the reason for the delay I understand that problems in communication do happen. As I stated previously the men did a great job.
