  Pretty good cleaners

Pretty good cleaners. They were running behind when it came to arriving, but I have no complaints for their work.

  Nice job

Nice job. We don't live near the house we wanted cleaning, so have only seen pictures but it looks like the team we hired from Hello Services have done a good job. Very accommodating and helpful outfit, especially Adam Some problems with communication, which were frustrating for a while, but the… Read more

Had a booking 6th July and unfortunately they were double booked so instead of my 10am booking they had to come later at 1.30pm. It was a slight inconvenience as I had moved and my new property is not local but the guy came and picked my keys up so I could leave and then called me with notice to go… Read more

  My honest feedback

Got really upset when you cancelled my move on a really short notice and I ended up paying more than my quote for a 1 day delay, which wasn't my fault. I'm glad that my landlord accept this and I had a place to stay. However the driver was absolutely amazing, really nice and polite. And the agent w… Read more

Excellent booking service and cleaning service but even though it was good, it was still priced very high.

  Fantastic Deep Clean

The guys that cleaned our new house were great - punctual, pleasant and worked tirelessly. We had moved into an old house that hadn’t been lived in for 2 years and they helped to make it habitable again. I would certainly recommend them. Good value and a great service - thank you.

  Easy to book

Easy to book, easy to amend the booking prior to the day, and job well done on the day itself. One star off as I'd have preferred a simpler payment method, or the ability to pay up front without having to keep chasing for payment details

Anna and team are efficient and friendly!

The cleaning team led by Anna did a great job in a short timespan. There were a few cobwebs we found about as we came back in to repaint some areas and some areas of wall in the kitchen left unclean which was honestly the fault of poor paintjob and not the cleaners, but fairly happy with the chances… Read more

  Vlasta was great

Vlasta was great. Arrived on time, transparent and easy to speak to. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept in contact with me throughout. The clean was good too, considering how much dust there was! Be careful what you book for with the company though. For example, don’t select exterior windows… Read more

Friendly, value for money and thorough.

Easy to book. Easy to amend booking with last minute additions. Very friendly cleaners. Very knowledgeable and happy to give advice. Very quick and thorough. Excellent value for money. Would have been 5/5 but for a few missed patches in the kitchen. Highly recommended.

The cleaners did a great job

The cleaners did a great job! They are arrived on time and were friendly. They gave me a walk around to show what they had done. It is worth noting, however, that this did not happen on another clean we arranged with this company. Also the cleaners would not clean the second oven even though when bo… Read more

oking, I was told that the appliances 'package' included everything we needed. I feel it could have been made clearer that we needed to specify a double oven for an end of tenancy clean.

Great end of tenancy clean - Reasonable price

Communication and payment was super easy. Cleaners turned up early and stayed an extra half hour. Cleaners very friendly. Good service but inadequate quote

The service was very good and on time but I was quoted the work would take 2.5 hours when in fact it took 4.5, which is quite off the mark and meant I had to spend much more money than I had expected.

  Mohammad was very helpful

Mohammad was very helpful, he communicated effectively and demonstrated listening skills, and showed empathy throughout the process. He kept to time and also went out of his way to ensure the moving accomplished within the allocated time. I will definitely be using the organisation and would also recommend to others.

  Very thorough job

Very thorough job. The large increase in price when they saw the house was something of a shock, but probably justified based on the amount of work that needed doing.
