I requested for end of tenancy professional cleaning and from start to finish received nothing but a professional and friendly service. They responded quickly with a detailed and reasonable quote, answered all sorts of questions before booking. On the day the cleaners showed up early which was great fully equipped to do the job. We returned 3 hours later and completely astonished as to how clean the flat was. It looked brand new. Extremely pleased and very satisfied with the outcome. Would definitely recommend the company to others and would personally use again. Thank you.

There are some pretty bad reviews on this company so I will be simple, straight forward and honest. I paid for an End Of Tenancy Deep Clean for my rental property with Hello Services. Got the appointment agreed and the time, all on-line and all very simple and easy. On the morning of the appointment (11AM) I got a call from a lady to say she was travelling from Leeds (2 hours and 30 minutes away!!) and they would be with me at 1PM. No problem at all, but really, no extra expense discussed due to the travel? This was Leeds to Wales! Vlasta and another lady turned up (didn't get her name as I had other things to be getting on with). To put things short - like other reviews, yes these girls are quick - 3 bed cottage and done in 3 hours, however - read on..... What a super job! every room, every window, every carpet, every surface immaculate. I have no idea how they did what they did in that short time, but believe me, the job they did was amazing. The oven looks brand new! I could not fault anything. Thank you ladies.

I had Tina and Jannette from JA Cleaning in Coventry and they did a fantastic job. They let me know when the previous appointment was running late and when they'd arrive, their time frame for how long it would take was accurate, they showed me which parts they weren't able to do on account of things like the floor being too old and even did parts I wasn't expecting like the boiler cupboard. They were friendly and professional and the place looks almost completely different, I would definitely recommend them.

Kept me well informed of start time, was flexible when I needed to change the date. Marius and Nicole were thorough, efficient, quick, very polite and even shared some additional tips for preventing mould. A pleasure to work with them, would definitely recommend.

A big thank you to Tina and Rachel for coming in and doing a deep house clean this Saturday. Spent 4 hours deep cleaning the kitchen. Carpets. Dusting and cleaning behind beds and sofas. Very pleased. Smells and feels slot lighter around the house. Pet hairs gone and definitely less sneezing (allergies amongst the young ones). We would highly recommend this pair and would definitely have them back in a few months.

Nicole and Marius did an awesome job for our end of tenency cleaning. We had a 5 rooms house, and they did the whole thing in 2h30 including the deep carpet cleaning of the dining room. As an addition, they are very nice and sympathetic people. I recommend their services !

Excellent in every way! Speedy detailed quotation and very reasonable. They met the date we wanted the job doing even at short notice. Ludovic and his colleague were on time and worked very hard (from 10:30 am to 20:00 pm) and did a great job. If all Hello Services cleaners are as good as they were I would have no hesitation in recommending the Company to anyone!

I gave Nicole and Marius a hard to achieve goal. But they went far beyond what I had expected. The whole house shines from top to bottom. The cooker is like new - I was quite embarrassed by it before. The leather furniture is back to as it was over 10 years ago. This was a one off as I have struggled due to more aches and pains than usual, and a double bereavement. But it may not be the last time I see Nicole and Marius.... A very very happy customer.

Nicole and Marius did an excellent final clean job on a one bedroom flat in Shepherds Bush that we were handing back to the Landlord. They arrived on time and were most polite. We left them to it and went out as soon as they were set up and ready to start. The flat was looking marvelous when we returned with the bathroom and kitchen gleaming.

I definitely recommend this company and will use Hello Services again in the future. Getting a quote is very easy in the website and they were very flexible in arranging a date for performing the services. In my case, the agency was picky in finding issues after an end of tenancy cleaning, but it was so easy to contact Hello Services for a re-cleaning. They were really friendly, available and flexible. No excuses or getting defensive. After my contact, they immediately engaged with the agency, went there and addressed all the pointed issues successfully. Had a deep clean done on our property ready for tenants to move in. Jose and team arrived early, were very polite and professional and did an excellent job - the house was spotless and all appliances were cleaned to an extremely high standard. we are very impressed and would definitely use them again.

Nicole and Marius were very punctual and did a great job with the cleaning. Ideally i expected the front of the house to be at least swept the floor which takes less than 5 minutes just to remove the main dust /eaves. Nonetheless I did it myself with Marius quickly. The windows and all other places of the house were properly cleaned in a timely manner. Many thanks to both and hello Services.
