The property ended up cleaner than when we moved in! Jose & Co did such a thorough job and he was also really friendly. I have chronic pain and was having a flare up that day and generally just stressed but he was very nice and considerate of that. He kept me invoked during the clean and went through it with me after. Very professional and also human! It can be a bit daunting having strangers around you but by thenend Jose felt like a friend. The only constructive feedback I have is for the initial contact with the company - they didn't tell me what condition an oven was expected to be in so I did end up paying extra on the day to have it cleaned basically back to brand new - it was worth it, but it would've been good to know what was expected beforehand, as I could've tried to do more of a clean on it myself. They did call me and apologise for not being clearer and I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Jose to any friends and family in the area.

I had an end of tenancy clean performed in December. I could not fault the experience. The service was competitively priced and the team were very flexible with me and worked around my schedule to have this done with very little notice. My job was done by Peter and Anita and they done an absolutely fantastic job. Again, they were flexible and pleasant and I could not criticise any of their work - in fact they done better than I could have expected! Would definitely recommend!

I recently had an end of tenancy clean carried out by Mathew and a team of two others. The job was carried out efficiently, working off a very thorough and clear list which I liked, as it covered everything our tenancy agreement required. The team came with all of their own equipment including a machine for steam cleaning of the carpets, as the company which I opted to include. I’m sure I will be able to get my full deposit back thanks to Mathew’s help.

What a fantastic job the staff at Hello Cleaners did on our End of Tenancy Clean. We were slightly concerned that the clean wouldn’t be to a high standard, but after the job was completed we can honestly say that our concern was unwarranted. The whole place was absolutely cleaned to the last detail as they say “ they did what it says on the tin”. The staff were very thorough and professional nothing left undone, we are so happy with the results and how easy the booking process was. Team Dara from Hello Services done my end of tenancy clean today and all I can say is wow. Firstly they are such lovely people, I felt so at ease with them and secondly, they cleaned the house so well! They provided a written report attesting to the cleanliness and perfect condition of the premises. This came in good use when disputing a damage claim. I came to check on my house after the tenants that left and was horrified by the mess they'd left! I don't think they'd cleaned once in four years - everything was just sticky and awful. I booked Hello for an end-of-tenancy clean. Nervous because of previous bad experiences with other cleaning agencies, I was relieved when Hannah contacted me directly to confirm everything ahead of time. She and another cleaner arrived exactly on time and did a tremendous job getting the house back to a liveable state! They were quick and efficient, had all materials ready to use, and made such a huge difference.

Had an end of tenancy clean done and overall the service was great by the team that came out to do it. Windows were super clean and all done within 3 hrs. Only problem was with payment as they were a bit slow to acknowledge that I had paid and so had speak to them on the day to chase it and get my reciept.

Hannah and her team did an “end of tenancy” clean for me in mid March 2023. Her services were top quality. She collected the keys from me on time and did a fantastic job at the old property. She even sent me photos after the job was done. I got back my full security deposit for the old tenancy, so that speaks volumes. I would not hesitate to recommend Hannah to anyone who is looking for an efficient and friendly cleaning crew. Highly recommended.

We booked an end of tenancy clean, including white goods, and the cleaners did a fantastic job. They arrived early, started work at the agreed time and didn't stop until the job was done. The oven in particular needed a lot of work and was left gleaming. Carpets were thoroughly washed. The cleaners worked incredibly hard while maintaining a friendly attitude, couldn't be happier with this service.

This company are very communicative, and the cleaners actually rocked up early! They didn’t leave until we were satisfied with the job, and their end of tenancy clean exceeded our expectations! They went above and beyond and it’s relieved so much stress for my partner and I- allowing us to settle in to our new home. Thankyou!

Had Cosmina and her colleague/maybe mum? do our end of tenancy clean today of just the communal areas. Tbh was cheapest service we could find, as we’re students. We were a bit nervous because of some of the mixed (and some fake sounding lol) reviews here. It may be dependent on cleaner, but we found they did a really great job, it was efficient and thorough- exactly what we wanted. Also the customer service emails beforehand were pretty speedy too. So yeah our experience was all round positive.

The task and end of tenancy deep clean: to bring a three bedroomed older property back from a terrible state. Elderly parents had got overwhelmed with years of accumulated clutter to the point where we didn’t know where to start. We wanted to hand the property over to the new owners in a decent state and knew it needed professionals. We found Hello services competitively priced so went with them. However, the real value came in their ability to estimate the time frame needed for the work and then methodically worked their way through the considerable task. They were very professional and I would happily use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Loqman and his team came to my property to conduct an end of tenancy cleaning. Most of the work cleaning had to be in the kitchen especially the oven and I must admit Loqman and his team did a great job. My oven look close to new.

We had been living in the previous flat for nearly 3 years. We hired the cleaning team from hello services for end of tenancy cleaning. Before we left, the flat is a bit messy with limescale, dust, etc. The cleaning team come today and they have changed the flat completely. It is now very clean, neat and tidy. I strongly recommend if you are looking for cleaning. It is worth every penny.

The cleaners showed up early, did a very good job in very little time. I got all of my deposit back. Izabel was efficient and did an exemplary job

The initial lack of communication from the team that arrived to clean the property was a bit unnerving. We booked an end of tenancy clean and were concerned that the lack of response meant the booking would be cancelled but thankfully after getting in touch with corporate, they confirmed the team had arrived and would complete the cleaning session. Upon inspection, they did a really good job with mostly everything! Sure there were a few dirt stains on the walls I wish they had gotten to but overall the cleaning itself was satisfactory so I’d say a 4/5 stars. However, I have to give 3 stars instead of 5 because the team threw out the remote controller for the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. I understand that any personal items would’ve been thrown out. We left the property completely vacant. However, to have thrown out what is effectively my landlord’s ceiling fan remote control which I had separated out via a little plastic baggie and leaving it on the bedroom window shelf is absurd. Not even with us trying to dig through the cleaning refuse could we find it. Having to explain this to my landlord is going to be difficult. So… thanks for the cleaning service itself but I really wish some common sense had been used. Edit: upon further further inspection, the cleaning team did not clean the second fridge, fridge freezer, and the washing machine. So three appliances were missed. I was so happy upon entering the property and now this? Disappointment. Update as of 03/12/2022: I let HelloServices know on the 24th about the missing remote control and the missed appliances. The cleaners contacted me the next day (25th Nov) and offered to come around on the 26th in the morning (Saturday) to clean the missed appliances, sharing that they were unaware of where they had been and that they had also found the remote control!!! The HelloServices customer service also emailed me on the 25th, relaying that they had also heard from the cleaning team that they had been in contact and offered their apologies for the mistake. I let our landlords know on the 25th and we had left the spare key in the same location so the landlords also expected them to come round in the morning before 12. Unfortunately the cleaners were running behind and were unable to arrive at the property until 4 pm and so the landlords had already retrieved the keys without telling us. We were informed by the cleaning team that the keys were gone and so they were unable to access the property but were able to leave the fan remote controller through the letter slot. I said this was fine, and apologised for the inconvenience to them. After calling our landlord (who told us they had retrieved the keys) and explaining, they shared that they were fine with the missed appliances and they would sort that out on a separate occasion. They were very pleased with the cleaning service so we got our full deposit back! And because of the various attempts to rectify the missed cleaning and even finding the remote control, I’m happy to edit my review. The cleaning team that serviced the property obviously take great pride in their work. I think it also says a lot about a company about how they respond to negative feedback and I can honestly say HelloServices did the best they could given the confusion and miscommunication. Thank you to the customer service and the cleaning team!! If you’re on the fence about using HelloService’s cleaning, please use my review as an example of what that experience is like. Yes there may be some miscommunication and some back and forth about things but overall the work can and will be done!

I booked an end of tenancy clean via their website which I found very easy to use and the quoted price was very competitive. On the day of the clean, I received a phone call asking if they could attend an hour earlier than arranged which suited me perfectly. The two gentlemen who attended were very polite and did a very thorough job! The clean included windows, sofas and carpets. I would happily use their services again and would recommend them to others.
