Our house is so clean!
Our cleaners were late, but once they arrived they did a spectacular job. Every single thing in our house is now sparkling! Adriana and her colleague were wonderful, and even took the time to say hi to our little boy.

Great end of tenancy clean
I used their services for a one off end of tenancy clean by Smit. They arrived on time, they worked very quickly and left the flat clean. A couple of small things I would change would be slightly deeper clean of the floors but overall I was happy. I would recommend them and use them again.

The general cleaning was of a good… BUT
The general cleaning was of a good standard The carpet "cleaning" was non existent. I cleaned more dirt off with vinegar and water and a clean cloth, Could not possibly recommend carpet cleaning service

Fantastic work from a brilliant team.
unges and was given a price. When the quote came they just had one lounge. When I called to query it, the company wanted me to pay another £15, even though the error was theirs. I decided to clean that room myself as I thought that was a bit of a cheek.

Ridiculous situation where cleaners…
for drinks or food a carried out a good clean in a friendly manner before the long drive home again. I take my hat off to these two cleaners who were determined not to let me down I’ve read other customer reports from people who were not happy with the service but personally my experience was good and I would recommend the company based on that experience. I received prompt compensation for cleaners coming a day late.

Easy to book this service and good effort by the cleaners
Easy to book this service and lovely chaps who turned up. A few bits missed behind the bath and in the cupboards but nothing to complain about. Lovely job in the main areas e.g. oven, carpets, windows. Would use again at the next end of tenancy. This was a two bedroom house in Aldershot.

Very reasonable price for the service provided. After a shaky start the cleaning was very good and the job was done thoroughly. Customer service was excellent when I had an issue. I would definitely recommend and use Hello Services again. Very happy with these guys.
